I was very pleasantly surprised by this car. Living in Colorado where we get a lot of snow it's very helpful to have all wheel drive vehicles with high ground clearance. I've always been more of a sports car type of guy, having owned Jeep SRT's in the past and driven some V8 Grand Cherokees so I was hesitant at first to try this one out. What surprised me the most about this Laredo is how light it feels and how efficient the V6 engines are on these models. The maintenance are so affordable and manageable on this car vs the high performance bigger engine models. Personally I've always been a bigger fan of the larger rims with thinner tires for the aesthetics but the wheels and tires on this model have done so well in the Colorado snow seasons and are so smooth when driving year long. The interior on the Laredo's are a bit basic and humble but not bad overall. I'd say that the biggest pro of this car has been its reliability and affordability on its maintenance. I've never felt like it had too many parts that could break and when a part did need to be replaced it was always quick, easy and very affordable.

Jim Jessen was the best car salesman we have ever met. All the staff were wonderful. Jim went above and beyond to help us choose a used Ranger for our granddaughter. He set up our granddaughter’s phone, made sure her automatic lights were on as we were leaving after dark etc. I can’t say enough about his care and customer service. When the check engine light came on late that night, it only took a phone call to Jim to have us come in the next day. After 2 1/2 hours of them checking it over, they found the sensor was faulty. A part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. All at no cost to us. For the inconvenience, they buffed the car getting any small scratches etc out. The 2019 Ranger was one owner Blue Certified with 72000 miles. We are having it undercoated, they got us in Wednesday and offered a rental car to drive while this was being done. Just have to return with full tank of gas. No high pressure anywhere. So happy we went there. Go to Inver Grove Ford for the best service. Make sure and ask for Jim “JJJ” Jessen!!!! Long overdue review, tend to forget but this one i had to. Not sure why people are complaining, i had a very good experience here. The price was fair and the owner did what needed to be done on my request. I drove 1hr from MD for my car, after researching for 2 months, would have to do MD inspection, he promised i would pass it and if not he would do the needful to fix it to have pass inspection. Yes it was a drive back and time, but he kept up his end of the bargain and 6 mos out the care is doing amazingly well. My mechanic approved saying i got a great deal and car. This is a small family owned business, not some big dealership, the girl at the front is super sweet, friendly and helpful and the owner is a good honest man. I am sorry some people had a bad experience, but i am super happy with my purchase and service. Will definitely go back for my next car.
