Used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale near Loxahatchee Groves, FL

Took too long to get paperwork completed. Delivery of car confusing. Too long to service prior to delivery

Bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee in January of 2022. I was in a wreck where another vehicle hit me and threw me off the road into a ditch. I went airborne and came down hard. It was a miracle I did not flip. All of my driver-side airbags deployed (front and back) and I walked away with minor injuries. This vehicle kept me safe and I will have another one to replace the totaled Jeep from my wreck.

I highly recommend this dealership. After many frustrating visits and experiences with other car dealerships, I went into this dealership expecting more of the same games. However, after talking with salesperson Randy Cobb, my concerns quickly went away. He was a straight shooter and a pleasure to deal with. I wish more car dealerships had salespeople and practices like this. He was transparent about the condition of the vehicle. He didn’t treat negotiations like a game. He treated us with respect. He seemed like he genuinely cared about helping us. He didn’t pressure us. He went the extra mile every step of the way. Thanks again!

This car has everything we need and more. 4x4, looks, performance, can be towed behind an RV. Includes sun roof, rear camera, safety braking, more. Rides great.

Got my car inspected but never got the video portion of the inspection so all was good

I’ve owned many Jeeps over the years and this year and model has by far been the best in quality and performance The vehicles interior is exceptional in comfort and wear.

The dealership is very helpful, the personal service is great, especially Luis. I shall return next time I need work on my Dodge.

Everyone was very attentive! The only drawback was filling all the forms out online to save time, then having to do it a 2nd time when we got there. Since we live an hour and 1/2 away it was stressful.

This is the second automobile I have purchased from this dealership. I have been extremely happy with the service and quality here. Joseph Rossman was very helpful and showed me several features that I was unfamiliar with. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features in such a way that I could understand. He was patient and even doubled back to things I was a little unsure of. I would gladly recommend this dealership to my friends. good buying experience on our 2021 Mazda 6 touring. good test drive with good explanations on all the good technology this car has to offer. was recently in to service, made a appointment. everything good, all questions answered. I was treated well.

Sales department was friendly and up front, didn’t give off the scummy vibe some car salesmen have. Finance was a whole other story, despite buying my 4Runner a few weeks ago I’m still thinking about the weird interaction. Jonathan Farris was extremely pushy on a warranty despite it being declined multiple times, I don’t need one for my brand new Toyota they’re never worth it in my opinion. He started friendly enough but after officially declining the warranty his demeanor changed and made it seem like I was a bother to even be in the same room as him. Very off putting interaction and it’s unfortunate because like I said the sales team was pleasant to deal with but the last process of buying the car left a sour taste in my mouth. Avoid Jonathan if you can, he entered information incorrectly and had I not caught it would have ended up paying several thousand more in interest and he will try to screw you on a warranty, when he learns he can’t screw you he’ll ruin an otherwise special day.
