I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates with whom I dealt. I was there for an annual inspection, I was there on-time, they were ready for me, the wait time was as told to me, and I was very pleased.

I love this vehicle! I have always wanted anKeep Grand Cherokee and I finally got it about a year ago. It’s been a great car and I don’t see myself getting anything but a Jeep from now on
We bought this 2016 Limited - 75th Anniv edition with 80,000 miles but all of them were highway driving and the price was reduced accordingly, making it possible to get a much nicer vehicle than the older Grand Cherokees we had been looking at. We sought out the 5.7L Hemi V8, as the V6 didn't really make us happy. We found that the V6 had adequate acceleration, but that was the best I could say. It had to work really hard to get up to speed quickly, and was very noisy under full throttle. The V8 gets there faster, has great passing power, and for a rating of 3 MPG difference, we immediately dismissed the V6 and only looked at V8 models. We're delighted we did that. This is a very comfortable road vehicle, and we especially like the stable, low vibration ride and road feel due to the Mercedes-designed chassis. The controls and large touch screen work nicely, and the physical knobs on the controls are a nice addition. USB ports are thoughtfully placed on the front console and the end of the center console. The paddle shifters on the steering wheel are extremely easy to use, and their logic of operation is excellent. I actually like their setup and operation better than the functions on my wife's 2009 BMW 3-series! Three things remind us this isn't really a sporty or driver's car, it's a utility vehicle: first, the seats are pretty flat and it's easy to slide around rather than feeling well located in the seat. 250-pound guys will like it, but I miss the seats in my BMW 3-series. Second, the gas pedal is a couple of inches closer to the driver than the other pedals, resulting in a slightly awkward "pulled back" angle for the driver's right leg. This becomes noticeable on longer drives, and there should be a "dead pedal" for the left foot so the driver can adjust the driving position to match. Third, the electrically boosted power steering conveys practically no road feel at all, and it's over-boosted and too easy to turn. Putting the Jeep into Sport Mode increases steering effort slightly, and that's what the normal steering feel should be like. I use Sport Mode in town because it provides faster throttle response and better engine braking, but on the road it would penalize gas mileage. I know that most drivers won't be bothered by these things, and the Jeep is so well made and solid that the overall comfort and driving experience is truly enjoyable. We've had no maintenance or repair issues yet, but all cars require periodic work, and we're not worried about it. The critical factors in a vehicle like this are the engine and drivetrain, and the Jeep's engine, transmission and drive axles are among the most robust in the world. We're looking forward to many years of Jeeping, as our last Grand Cherokee ran like a watch at 188,000 miles when we sold it.
Just picked up Sandy's lj unlimited she loves it and what a great deal jeff and the guys took good care of us couldn't ask for a better transaction thanks again jeff we'll see you again

I just got another car from Jays this is my 2nd purchase from there and I wouldn't go anywhere else the cars are very clean and they stand behind what the sell. Very friendly service and honest.

The truck drives so well..has plenty of room..the ZF trans makes engine come alive and is reason it drives and feels so good.. everything seems to be in the right places and ot has a high end feel to the overall drive
Concord Lovering staff in all departments are the real deal. I have never had a better experience and the care and quality is there long after the purchase, which is why I just bought my 2nd Volvo from them and why 4 out of 26 colleagues drive our Lovering Volvos to work everyday.

We love this car. Rides well, minimal maintenance. It looks great inside and out and is very comfortable.
We bought our first one in 1993, our second one in 2000, and this one in 2016.
I went to Carlson's after finding the car I wanted on Cars.com. I met Jeff, my salesman as soon as I walked in the door and he could not have been nicer. His laid back and informative disposition made me feel like he was there to help me buy a car, not sell me one. The sales manager Mike was the same way, knowledgeable and helpful, especially when running through the numbers at the end. They even had coloring books and puzzles for my three young children to play with while my wife and I took turns test driving. I highly recommend reaching out to them when you are looking for your next car, I know that we will!

I never liked the cherokees. My previous SUV a pathfinder served us well for 13 years. Thought we would be driving another but took a cherokee for a test drive and we were sold. We picked the limited with the six and boy does it move. Regular gas a major plus , all the bells n whistles of the pathfinder and better mileage to boot.
After having had a bad experience with another dealership, The overall buying experience at Bank's Chevrolet exceeded all my expectations. My custom factory ordered z71 suburban was delivered ahead of schedule with all the options, including the dealer-installed, exactly as ordered, no issues. Thank you Mike Vaillancourt for making this an excellent buying experience!!!

Love this SRT

The most fun car I have ever owned. The engine is its biggest attraction. 6.4 L naturally aspirated. You can hear it breathe and has lightning-quick response. (Sounds better than the 6.2 L with supercharger of the Trackhawk version in my opinion). It has 3 lives: very soft with hardly touching the throttle until 2200 rpm. A mid band up to 4000 rpm with plenty of torque - good for overtaking etc. Above 4000 rpm pedal to the floor: raw and loud beasty mode. Handling es excellent. Had a BMW X5 (4.8 L) in the past as well. The Jeep SRT is much more fun, as practical as the BMW, but more reliable and cheaper to maintain. Improvements to the Jeep grand Cherokee SRT? Could do with a front camera to help with low parking ridges. Mirrors should fold automatically, not on a pushbutton. Most of all however: Jeep should not put the Pirelli run flats on as standard fit: strong tires, but very noisy and not particularly grippy in the corners. I hear other owners say Yokohamas (Parada Spec X) and Hankook (Ventus ST-RH-06) , both non run-flats, are better. Overall a car that is very easy to live with in daily life, with some fun added by the fantastic engine and drivetrain.
everything was explained and work was done promptly. Having the extended warranty kept the price down to 100$ thank heavens. Otherwise, 560 bucks seems a bit pricey.

Bought new. 1st Diesel ever. 60K miles. 28 city/34 Hwy at 60 mph. Overland. 1 warranty item, a leaky drive shaft seal. Comfortable for tall guy. Pricey. Great vision. Safe. Would highly recommend. Can seat 4 comfortably. So delighted with the EcoDiesel we bought another in Ram Laramie.
My wife drives this car 99% of the time. She loves it. I drive the Ram 100% of the time. Have bought 41 new vehicles in my life. 10 SUVs. This is the best one. A good blend of size and space, utility, fuel economy, safety, and ease of operations.
White color, black leather, moon roof, hard loaded, fancy sound system.
This dealership stopped by to pick up my car at my house then he takes it to his house so he can drive it to banks the next day to be repaired. This way I don’t have to take off time from work and drive down there and wait while the vehicle is being repaired. After repairs done the service manager drives my car back to my house pick up his truck and it’s all said and done this service is phenomenal!

John was very helpful at getting my son financing for his first (new to him ) car-he was very candid and went over and above to help him secure financing and insurance. so refreshing to deal with honesty when buying a car! he clearly explained the options, the costs and cut numerous hours off of what tends to be a lengthy and annoying process. will definitely go there again.

This is the ONLY place to buy a car!! These guys are honest and that is impossible to find these days. I put down a $800 deposit and when the credit union cut the check for the full amount and didnt discount the money I put down, nobody noticed at first. I was already driving my new car, signed sealed and delivered when I got a call from Amati auto that there was a mistake and they returned $800 to my credit card!! I would never have known if they decided to keep it; but they didn't! Tell me what other dealer would do that? NONE!!! Thank you so much for a great buying experience! For being honest people. And thank you Pat for making it easy and fun! I will be buying cars from there for the rest of my life!!

I love my Jeep and I can not rave about it enough. It has taken me down dirt roads, on the highway, and simply down plain old back roads for the two years I’ve owned it and I haven’t had any issues. It handles amazingly in the northeast snow that we have. it is a 5.7L and I get GREAT gas mileage with it- 20-22 mpg depending on backroads/highway speeds. I highly recommend a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited to anyone shopping for a 4WD vehicle that won’t give you a headache. It is very low maintenance (diff fluids every 60k instead of every 30k like a Subaru and spark plugs every 100k- other than that just a cabin air filter/engine air filter here and there)
I love my car! You guys made it easy. Great communication, much knowledge and friendly staff.

I love this vehicle so much. I have been saving money for 4 years to purchase the vehicle of my dreams and no I finally own it! first vehicle purchase in 9 years!
?As a guy in his 50's, I have made roughly a dozen car purchases in my days. All the way back to the early 80's before the Internet- when dealership showrooms were filled with high pressure salesmen who thought nothing about selling you half-truths just to get you to sign on the dotted line. And then there was always "haggling" for the best deal that seemed to go on for hours because you had a to wait for some manager to swoop in and basically threaten you: this deal could could be taken away IF you don't sign up for A, B or C. Enough already!! My recent car buying experience at Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett was one of straightforward simplicity, clear communication, and respect for the customer. My sales rep Greg was a friendly, laid back guy who spent an appropriate amount of time with me on the things that matter- educating me about the vehicle, the industry, and getting a fair deal. He was a communicator and a customer service professional- not a "salesman." I knew the vehicle that I wanted when I went in. I had done my homework and knew I didn't need any extras. Greg respected my position and authority as the customer. He knew what questions to ask and I got the price I wanted without distress. After signing, I met the manager, Mike Fortier, who welcomed and congratulated me on my purchase and then gave me his business card so that I could contact him directly in case of questions or concerns. Wow, was it really that easy, I remember thinking as I left the building? It isn't a fancy showroom at Auto Wholesalers, and there isn't a customer cafeteria or anything like that. But I'm guessing that's exactly what keeps the prices down and the service efficient and streamlined. Upfront pricing, no games, and sincere people who are willing to help you find the right car for you. Just the way I like it (Disclosure: I was paid $0 for ?writing ?this review? because I was THAT pleased!)

I first came across this dealership, because I was looking for a used, but not overused car, at a decent price. The dealership had multiple cars available at the time and throughout our business interaction I learned that the dealership often sells and receives new cars into their assortment. So, if you can't find one right away, the salesman make an effort to let you know about incoming vehicles (didn't have this experience at any other dealership I spoke with). The location is also very convenient and easy to reach. This dealership has been in family hand and in the same town for over 25yrs, which I see as a good indication, since they 1. having been making their buyers happy and not screwing them over just to make a sale (bc/otherwise their business wouldn't have made it) and 2. have a founded interest in keeping business going in the small city. This dealership is buyer oriented. I never felt pushed into a particular vehicle or buy. The salesman Danny put in a lot of time and effort to address my needs and reevaluate different options. He was quick and professional in contact. Similarly the sales manager Katelin heard me out on my needs and made mere suggestions on services - again not pushing for things that could have been more beneficial to the dealership. In the end, I did not buy a car here, but only because a family member offered an 'in family' price on an old car of hers. However, Danny continued to present professional and even gave some tips on cars in general when he could have turned a cold shoulder. Overall I can say that this was the most pleasant and forthcoming dealership I have ever dealt with and would recommend it to other buyers.
