Used 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe for sale near Pasadena, CA

Just purchased a 2026 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. Valerie Sanchez was very helpful and efficient in communicating price and availability of this vehicle before it arrived at the dealership. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and a test drive confirmed that I had made the right choice. I expected to pay full price since the 2026 model is the first year of the 6th generation, and many I saw online were already listed as "sale pending." I traded in my 2013 RAV4 Limited with high mileage but otherwise in good condition. After some back and forth with manager Majir (sp?), we arrived at a deal that satisfied both of us. I elected to purchase the additional prepaid maintenance for 5 years / 75k miles, but no additional warranty. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the process.

11,000 miles never a issue still drives like brand new . Awesome off roading and really not bad on the freeway at speeds up to 90mph

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I only comment on what I know. I had a small issue with my rubicon and the owner made it right with no problem. I was worried when I bought my jeep because I've hear horror stories. My rubicon has been wheeled to death and it's running outstanding. Not only would I recommend them I tell every person who's looking to go check them out. I was at a performance shop and turned the guy on to black star.

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.

Wow, cannot offer enough praise for Blackstar Offroad! Top notch used Jeep/off-road shop. Been shoping for a used Wrangler; no other dealers knew about death wobble nor offered a warranty. Additionally, at no extra cost, they fixed an oil leak - oil pan gasket and seal - and assessed for any potential death wobble issue. So many amazing Jeeps from which to choose - their lot is eye candy. Jeff couldn't have been more helpful. Despite it being far from Hollywood where I live, I knew Blackstar would be the best place from which to purchase. Highly, highly recommend!!

This might sound crazy but I bought my jeep on the gut feeling I got when I talked with JEFF and Tim. I live in Nevada so shopping was done by photo only. These two guys took the time to look for what I wanted and then we were able to negotiate a deal. As a veteran on fixed income price was very important but quality was more. These guys took care of shipping and made the experience very pleasant. Not sure if I would recommend buying site unseen unless it's from these two outstanding individuals. This review is for the customer service I received late in the evening by Jason, Russ and Chris although we didn't come into an agreement to a purchase price they were all a great team to meet. Thanks Jason, you were very knowledgeable and clear in explaining the different trims available for the Grand Cherokee, your patience was exceptional in that I asked many questions to have a better understanding and you demonstrated and test drove various options available at the location.
