It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

I have bought seven Nissan vehicles from Action Nissan and after trying to buy another car, for my daughter from them. I decided they did not want my business and was pleasantly surprised of the amount of effort your dealership put in to sell me a vehicle. The victim.

I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

The vehicle service went very well. The service personnel were friendly and responsive. That is where it stopped. The advisor had a chip on his shoulder and showed by his actions. The waiting area was cold with no one available to fix it.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

Overall everything went well. The process of buying a vehicle is long, but they did a good job. I picked it up on my birthday and they made it wonderful.

Safety is of not concern in a vehicle !! Jeep’s are tough and prove safe !! They also have the “adventurous fun” style and capability!!!

It was a hassle-free experience. Everyone was super friendly! I was surprised and blown away by how many safety items were fixed before putting it for sale. I have now purchased (2) vehicles from Rick Shaffer (Owner) of Hendersonville Auto Brokers. From both of my experiences RICK IS A STAND UP GUY: PERIOD! I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL 550 back in June of 2022. Loved it, great car. After owning it for a couple of days I noticed that one of the eyebrow lights on the headlight wasn't working. Since I had purchased the car "as-is" with no "we owe" or anything else I called Rick asking if he knew someone that could replace it AT MY EXPENSE and that I understood that my purchase was "AS-IS". To my surprise and delight Rick said that it WAS NOT ON ME and to bring the car in and he would get the light replaced. Not a cheap or easy fix as the whole front fascia of the car has to be removed in order the replace the headlight. He provided me a loaner car while the light was replaced; again GREAT GUY. I know this is long but just before Christmas this year my step sons car threw a rod. $11,000 repair bill to replace the engine was not an option on his 2011 Hyundia Sante Fe. I thought we would take a look at what Rick had available. My step son found a 2015 KIA Soul and Rick made us a great deal on it. The car did have an open re-call from KIA which Rick (again) took care of and (again) provided a loaner car while this was done. Did I mention that he came in on Christmas Eve, Eve to meet us and make the whole thing possible? He did. GREAT GUY, GREAT DEALERSHIP. Rick is a man of integrity. I will recommend his dealership all day, everyday. Very rare in today's world.

After searching for a truck for months, I found the one I wanted online at Miracle.
