Used 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for sale near Silver Lake, OH

We came just to look . Being that the Edge is no longer available we looked at the Explorers . Justin was our man. He went out of his way to explain everything we wanted and needed to know . He worked with my husband to find just the right one . They even went out of state to get what we wanted and even honored the Costco discount . This man has integrity and knowledge . Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

I purchased a used Genesis GV70 Electrified and worked with Michael Baldwin. I knew the car I wanted and Michael was easy to work with. He let me check the car out at my own pace and didn't try to hype it. I contacted Michael over a week after the sale inquiring about title and he quickly got me the information. My experience with Michael has been fantastic. The only complaint I have is about the dealership adding a $695 fee for some cheesey paint and interior treatment that are either non existent or the most inferior products ever. I washed the car after getting home from a 2 day road trip and there is no hydrophobic property at all, no feel of a smoothness that one would expect if a paint treatment was actually applied. I have experience with numerous paint protection treatments and ceramic coatings and this was not worth $95 much less the ridiculous $695. For that money I expect to get something, go get a bottle of DIY Detail Quick Beads so there is at least an appearance of something useful on the paint.

Mike was my salesperson and Jared was my finance manager that were incredibly helpful. They had to deal with a challenging situation with their system upgrades, but navigated the situation perfectly and got me into my new car within 24 hours. I really liked working with them both and highly recommend the dealership!
