I special ordered my 2021 4 dr Sahara in Feb of 2022 and received it 4/1. I have previously owned 4 JK models over the yrs. The 2021 I just love. the interior appts, the dash layout with the nav. I got the upgraded leather seats and paint color white with One Touch Skyview top. Got the 3.6 with E torque for powerplant. They improved on the brakes vs JK. Much stronger!

Everything was great from the first call to the last. Dealt with Kevin mostly, it was a smooth, quick deal with none of the typical haggling and runaround you get from other dealers. Response time to questions and pics requested (car was purchased remotely) was quick. Repair of the crash system on a new Colorado. System failed and was not functioning. I took ithe vehicle to Lucas Chevrolet in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, who trouble shooted the problem, ordered the part and made the repair, with no problems.

Managed to purchase at exactly the right time when a one day only pricing of $55,000 (Fully loaded) became available right before buying cars became so prohibitive. Held on to my Pontiac Vibe for routine errands and that allows me to keep my Jeep in pristine condition for years to come. Love the 23.9 avg mpg. Much higher than I expected.

I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!
