I recently purchased a Subaru Forrester from Ferguson Subaru. My salesman, Chester lohman was very knowledgeable And it was a very non-pressure environment. All of the people I dealt with were very knowledgeable And patient. They’ve made me feel like they really take care of you after the sale as well. I would definitely shop there again when needed.

Overall experience was good. My only gripe is that they parked my car on the far end of the parking lot for me to get which is fine however they parked so close to the car next to mine that I could barely get in. My only suggestion would to be to have some outside seating. I don?t mind waiting over an hour but would have been nice to have a place to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

Quick, easy, found us a higher loan with better financing terms than we could find. Very friendly. I'd go back at this point.

We worked with Braden - he was very nice and let my wife know she could leave for a few with the kids to grab lunch while they got the deal done. Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Was helpful; answered my questions. Wish CarMax would put the exact Ford exterior color on their descriptions i.e. instead of red provide actual color rapid red or race red or hot chili pepper red. Same for interior so customers know what they are looking at.

Most trust worthy dealership I’ve ever been to. They work with you however they can to get you into what you want and they are always straight forward before you even get there, Ramsay is the best salesman I’ve had I highly recommend asking for him if you want a new or used vehicle.
