1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This Jeep is full size and has plenty of room. It drives well. It has been super dependable. The tires are worth $1000 alone. It comes with several spare parts that were purchased but never needed and can't return. There is a power steering hose that leaks and needs to be replaced.

1991 Jeep Wrangler review
I sold my '91 a year ago, but owned it for a little over 2 years. Obviously, these things are getting up there in age, and it'll take some searching to find a real nice one. The ride was horrible, it was amazingly slow, the gauge layout on the interior is strange, and they hold their value a little too well. I loved it. I tried and could not get it stuck in over 14" of snow at times, completely stock. Never had any drivetrain issues, and I sold it for more than I paid for it. I miss it every day, but I needed a more comfortable car for long trips.

1999 Jeep Wrangler review
A Jeep Wrangler is not for everyone. There are many used with low miles because people look at them and think, wow that would be fun to own, then they buy one and don't like the stuff ride or the small space inside or if you live in a cold climate the drafty breezes. But that's a Jeep. So they bail out after a short time. But if you love the outdoors, like feeling the wind blowing thru the vehicle, like to go off road or have the knowledge that feet of snow won't stop you, then a Jeep Wrangler will do nicely. Mine is an older one a 1999 Sahara so I have the older 4.0 straight 6 engine. It's basically bullet proof. You just can't kill a straight 6 Jeep engine. This is my 5th Jeep Wrangler my first car at 16 was a 1979 CJ5 with the 258 single barrel carb straight 6 and a 3 speed manual trans. Everyone of them has managed to get me any place I wanted no matter the weather or road conditions. Just love the Jeep.

1989 Jeep Wrangler review
Drive an 89 yj with the 4.2l as my daily, guzzles gas, loud, not to fast but xxxxxxx will that thing take some abuse, she takes redline like a beast, can run 2nd gear to 55 at about 5500 rpm (1000rpm past redline) engine and the ax15 transmission are xxxx near bullet proof due to being built for 300hp but only making 120-130. Interior is kinda lacking, analog clock gives some bonus points. Looks good on the outside tho

1989 Jeep Wrangler review
I bought my 1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ in 1989 brand new and I still drive it today in the year 2024. This is my 3rd engine and my 2nd transmission. I have kept it traditional except for the dash and gauges which I replaced with a custom all steel dash and phantom 2 gauges. The dash I had made by Double D Dashes LLC, to my liking. I do not 4 wheel on trails etc and have driven this Jeep across the States at least four times. I drive my Jeep as my Go To vehicle. It sustained me for 28 years in my career, and I still enjoy driving it daily. I can not say that it hasn’t had its problems. The longer I’ve had it, the more work I’ve had to put into it to keep it running. Some repairs have been costly but I have owned this Jeep since I bought it back in 89 so it is bought and paid for. It’s cheaper to repair it than it is to go out and buy a new one that will break down even more so. I find it suited for comfortable riding for two, as the back seat area can be uncomfortable to say the least. I drive it with a hard top on, and half doors however; I do own the full size doors. I had my entire Jeep Rhino Coated and find that the best to do in the South. I still drive it with the original Aluminum Wheels that came on it in 1989. I love this Jeep and will drive it until I die. I always wanted a Jeep when I was a kid but I waited until I was 29 to get one while in the Army. 35 years later and I’m still driving it. The I6 engine is a great one and the 2 barrel carb gives me minor problems. So here’s to Jeep!

1990 Jeep Wrangler review
The 1990 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with the 4.2 liter V6 and a manual transmission is a real Jeep. By real I am talking about it being Jeep tough and easy to work on. What is shares with the Jeeps of today besides those things that I would say make it a real Jeep is its off-road capability and convertible top which enables those in it to really enjoy those capabilities. This old Jeep makes power at very low RPMs unlike the Jeeps of today. While I have yet to try, it likely would climb a tree in 4-low at 1,500 RPM. This kind of fun does come at the expense of it being a comfortable highway cruiser, though it is still capable. And then to top it off, if someone takes fair care of it, these hold their value. All Jeeps are fun vehicles, but the old ones are more about the off-road fun - making them best as a second vehicle.

I have owned our Jeep from Day 1! Only had 1 issue the Jeep, had to replace the cross arm! Utter than that, change the oil, keep up with the maintenance, replacing wore out parts, as need. Our Little Green Jeep has been our work horse. We drive it every day, for shopping needs & what nots, because it is easier to park, zip thru traffic & we don`t worry about wee little door dings from the idiot parked next to me!!!! Our Jeep has over 135,000 miles on Her. Her mileage per/gallon has gone down from ah constant 18mpg to ah 13 to 15mpg as the miles started piling On! I'm a retired Used Rolls-Royce/Bentley dealer in Geneva, NY. I saw an ad for a 1991 Cadillac at Century Motors. After discussing it with Frank the owner, I decided to buy it "sight unseen". I sent the check and they shipped it to me in Geneva, NY 1400 miles away! I was not only satisfied with discussions with Frank, but the car arrived and I am thoroughly satisfied. It needed a right front bumper molding and Frank agreed to send one to me. This dealership requires consideration if you want to buy a well serviced car of any make or model. This dealership has a remarkably great reputation an I agree that it is one of the few So Florida used car stores who are honest, service the car BEFORE selling it and takes careful steps to insure good relationships with customers. I may even buy another one from them, and spread the news of his store to my friends up here in the North who may want a "rust free" Southern car!
