I had bought my 2010 Impala from Dennis Lohe 3 years ago. My sister and her husband have always bought from Riley’s and trust them and they were right. Even though I live in Kansas City I know I get the best deal at Riley’s. So when I ready I emailed Dennis and told him what I wanted based on inventory on website and year end deals. I was upside down in my payments on the Impala and new I needed to trade it in! Everyone there worked with me and I LOVE my Equinox! Never once did I feel pressured by Dennis or other staff. They gave me best deal possible in the Impala and let my sister and I test drive around town on our own. Again that’s why I come to Riley’s!! My first new car, only 7 miles when we first test drove it. Since the two weeks I have had it, I have not been disappointed in my choice! Thanks again to all the guys at Riley’s, especially Dennis Lohe. I know I can still call him anytime if I have a question!
Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Also, I had scheduled this work for Monday (Nov 26), but ???somebody??? put the wrong date in the computer. To be fair, you rescheduled this appt. for 2 days later.
We have bought our last three cars from here. All were new purchases. A 2008 Accent, a 2012 Elantra, and this 2018 Elantra that we just bought. The sales persons are great. We buy new cars because we want peace of mind that we will have no problems with it. If we do, we trust the warranty. We have never had a problem with the warranty work we have had done. The warranty is why we buy Hyundai. Service department is great too. We always service our cars here.
Matt Smith went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family after our car was totaled. We live in KC and he was available for any questions even after office hours. He promptly provided pics and all requested info even while looking at cars at other dealerships. After driving to Jeff City to see the car he made sure it was in top condition and everything we wanted was addressed. He had impressive customer service especially for car sales. He made sure we we happy the whole way through and even told us to call if we have any questions about the car or service after we got back home. Gemma was a blazing gun in the financing dept she was very efficient and straightforward without any pressure. I would make the drive again to Jeff City any day. My purchase experience with Matt Smith was the best ever! He and I selected a car and worked out all the details via text. When I come here I always get treated well by the service representatives. The last time I was here I had an airbag looked at with a recall that was out. They told me it would be about an hour and they stuck to their guns and had me done.
These guys made this whole car buying experience a breeze!! They took their time and listened. They also made my daughter feel she was important in this buying experience!! We will be back for HER car later on!
I generally equate visiting car dealerships with having teeth pulled without novocaine. These guys don't make it feel that way at all. Ben was very polite and helpful as well as being fun to work with. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied. I got a great deal and a car I'm very happy with. The finance department was helpful and got me out the door in a timely fashion. It was an overall great experience and I recommend this dealership highly.
It was a grate experience/ Judy and Brian went above and beyond to find vehicle with near perfect options for us. My second time at this dealer and while both times were great, Judy was a jewel to work with.
