Can’t say enough good things about the crew here. From the moment we arrived the staff was courteous and really created a stress-free environment. I actually went in for a repair on my sheep and ended up walking out with a Subaru Outback. I can not say enough about Michael (whom has only been there a few months). Michael was amazing in answering questions and if he didn’t know the answer he was not afraid to ask. The entire dealership in a whole was outstanding. I really appreciate everything you guys did.
Really good Crew I actually enjoy going in for service they are awesome to deal with an have to be the best service department to deal with in the WNC area. From start to finish every visit is a good experience.
No pressure sales environment. Friendly staff. The sales staff gives you info about the vehicles without being too pushy or over the top which is hard to find these days. When I bought my jeep, Jeff took his time and explained every feature my new jeep had and made sure I understood how it all worked. With so many features, it was great to have someone take the time to show me how it all worked.
I bought my first Dodge truck from Jeff Stansfield at Jim Brown Chrysler Jeep. He's a low key guy who made the process of buying easy with NO pressure. It didn't take long to find what I wanted, to close the deal, and I feel I got a fair price as well. I shopped at several dealers within the area yet I wanted to buy from a hometown dealer if possible. I was pleased to find this to be a locally owned business. This was the best car buying experience I have had in many years. I'm happy with the vehicle and the customer service I received.
A larger dealer nearby had told me that the repairs (front axle seal leak) on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara would take two days. Jim Brown performed the repairs and did it in much less than one day. And they were the first dealer I've had in a very long time who actually called me to let me know when the service would be completed AND called me again when they were completed. The repairs were performed to Jeep standards and everyone in the Service Department was very considerate and professional. I will definitely return for any service needs I have.
I received a phone call from Jeff Stanfield a day after I made an internet inquiry and set up an appointment to meet Jeff in 2 days. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and there was no high pressure that I've always had to deal with in the past at other dealers. I usually "window shop" at dealers when they are closed due to the "pressure" aspect. It was a welcome surprise to find such a knowledgeable , laid-back, competent salesman. I took 2 trucks for a test drive, made up my mind, and then Jeff helped me work out a deal. The next day my truck was all ready to go, cell phone programmed into the system, etc. Jeff took approx. 2 hours showing my wife and I how to become familiar with the vast array of electronic wizardry that our truck has. He was both very well versed in the electronics of the various systems and very patient with all of our questions. All-in-all..a great experience.
I had a limited amount of time when I came to buy the car I bought. Brad Ledford was the salesman that helped me. He made the process of buying a car easy and as fast as possible. He made sure I knew as much as possible about my purchase and that if I have any questions that I can call him.
Bought a used car from Tom Bailey and he went the extra mile to make
sure my concerns were addressed , cut me an awesome deal, filled the
car with gas and delivered it to my house. Tom took the time to orient me to the vehicle and hooked me me up with a great tire deal as well.

This dealership was top notch! Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle my son and I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a jeep the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. My wife and I recently moved back to our mountain house from Myrtle Beach and were in need for a 4x4 vehicle immediately as December snows are on the way and we live on top of a mountain. I had picked out a Jeep Wrangler on line from a sister dealer, but Waynesville was much closer. I talked to Dale Hollifield on the phone and he assured me that he had a 4 x 4 Jeep Wrangler in stock that would meet my needs for a reasonable price. He told me that end of the month sales were on and I could get my best deal that day. My wife and I got in the car and drove to Waynesville from Franklin, NC. Dale had Kaleb Gulley one of his lead salesmen, primed to show us a car. The red color immediately got my wife's vote. We had to make sure she could get into the car from her wheelchair and that the wheelchair would fit into the back of the car. The car met both of those requirements and Kaleb got the keys and we took a test drive. I liked the way the car handled in the rain on wet roads. When we got back to the dealership, it was getting close to closing time. Then Dale, Dan (the finance guy), and our sales man, Keleb stayed well after closing time to help us close the deal. Kaleb even delivered the vehicle to our house in Franklin the next morning for us. This was my best auto buying experience ever!
