This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

Great service. Great new location. No noisy highway traffic. The 4 lower upholstered 4 chairs were very popular.

2022 Grand Cherokee Overland. Beautiful inside and out. Love the extras that the Overland package provide. Beats EPA milage estimates easily. ride comfort is very good, even in the rear seats.

i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.

Yesterday I had problem with my BUICK Encore tire. I stop in Mc Gee in Lenox asking for help. They helped me changing my car tire and CLEANED my car too. Man who helped me was very, very nice. We own two 2018 Compass'. We have bought 3. We bought a 2007 brand new. It was a great car for 10 years and it got totaled. My wife currently drives a 2018 Compass and I just bought a second 2018 Compass yesterday. She drove a 2017 Ford Escape for while and didn't like it so we went back to the Compass. These are not without there issues. My wife's transmission started to get a hard shift last summer at around 55k miles. We had the trans fluid changed and currently at 65k no issues, no hard shifts. The dealership says that it is a "life time fluid." I don't agree. Find a good mechanic and have the trans fluid replaced every 30k miles and you should be fine. It cost much less than the one thousand dollars the dealership wanted to change it. I've also heard that the 2.4 liter Tiger Shark engines eat oil. We've own my wife's car for 3 years now and have not noticed any oil consumption. It's our travel car, and my wife travels a little for work so it puts on the miles. Smooth ride easy to drive for long trips, a little wind noise but it's not bad. The interior is nice. It actually has just a little more cargo space than the Cherokee. Infotainment is okay just a few quirks that I don't like but nothing major. The sound system is in my opinion one of the best. They changed the body style in 2018 and I think it's a really good looking car on the outside. The one I just bought is white with a black roof and blacked out badges and rims. Overall it's a great car and they are affordable. Do you research and make sure it's got a good service history. Best of luck!

Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

I bring my fleet vehicle here for repairs/maintenance. Other dealerships have treated me like a second class customer because the fleet company pays for everything. I have never once felt that way at Sullivan's. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond for me at times. My husband became a loyal customer here because of their great customer service.

This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.

I love my vehicle. It's a 2023 model year Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the Summit Reserve trim with the 5.7 liter HEMI V8 engine. Overall sleek exterior design of the vehicle is nice. As for the interior, it's great! Nice and comfortable interior. Palermo leather seats, massaging front seats and power folding rear seats. Heated/ventilated seats for both the first and second rows. Front passenger infotainment screen, interior camera, night vision camera, ambient lighting and a 19-speaker premium audio system. More importantly is the excellent performance. This V8 engine comes with 357 horsepower and 390 pound feet of torque. It'll go from 0-60 in 6.1 seconds. Very good acceleration for sure. A recommended vehicle for performance, enjoying features, hauling passengers and carrying big loads when seats are folded. 👍👍

Beautifully made vehicle. Drives very smooth, very spacious and comfortable. Leg room in backseat is great for tall passengers and seats recline for best comfort.

Every Jeep I've owned has been great. I never could understand where the negative reviews come from... I'd buy a Grand Cherokee Limited before any European SUV. The quality surpasses anything the Europeans sell at this price point. So does the service.

Bought my 2024 used with 13k miles on it. Maybe I'm old school due to prior life with a 97 TJ and and 01 XJ but this car is fantastic to drive and very luxurious. Perhaps not as tech heavy as other SUVs, but it does everything I could hope for, and has been fun for road driving and light off roading.

I was on vacation last week and my daughter who is at college called to let me know there were some problems with her car. The JL exceeded my expectations. In the past Wranglers were clunky and didn't really feel like they were put together too well. My son had a JK and it was a huge advance forward. So I decided to buy the JL and I think it was another huge leap forward. I have fully loaded Ram 2500 but I find myself taking the Jeep most of the time. Okay part of that is trying to park a long bed crew cab, But I do enjoy driving the Jeep and have taken it across country a couple of times. After a 122,000 miles I still love it.

It was a overall good experience considering I wasted three months of wasted time with another dealership.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

driving now 1 1/2 years. still love it. 59,000 mi. rec. chang rear end oil. mine had broken bits of gear. much better now. leaks from windsheld area, gotta work on that. overall still jeep'n--- please stop putting ducks on my jeep
