We went to our past dealer first and found the staff to be inattentive and rude so we came to KIA of Riverdale which I used for oil changes in the past. Such a wonderful staff here! Syed Ali was our representative. He listened to our needs, asked what was important for us. Then he let us test drive 2 different SUV’s. They also did a great job of telling me about details on the cars when I went to see it, and explaining plug-in hybrids.
