I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
I do not make it a habit to give reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience at Bridegwater Volvo. My salesman Dominick is one of the nicest people I have come across in my life. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. Extremely personable and knowledgeable with tremendous people skills. Dominick made the sometimes tedious task of choosing and negotiating the purchase of a car enjoyable and satisfying. He is a gem of a man and the world would be a better place if there was more of him around. He must have told me a 1/2 dozen times how honored he would be to earn my business and the truth is I feel honored to have met him. As an aside, Steve made the paperwork painless, the staff was extremely pleasant and I fell in love with the car.
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
xperience at Nissan of Hawthorne was top of the line from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was assisted my Gary. He was able to get me a phenomonal deal on an Altima that i couldnt refuse. i terminated my lease early with chevy and it was a great choice. The management staff was extremely professional Eddie Steve and Gary handled everyrhing with chevy for me which took a huge headache off my back. I would highly recommnend visiting the staff down at nissan of hawthorne when looking to purchase to your next vehicle.
Arnie was an absolute pleasure to work with at Bellavia. He was very friendly and personable from the moment we walked into the dealership. He took his time to show us the different vehicles and options and never pressured us to make a purchase we weren't comfortable with or ready for. He took the time to listen to exactly what we were looking for and help us get the best deal for our Enclave. It was very refreshing. After my purchase Arnie called to follow up and make sure I was happy with the vehicle and offered to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Arnie and Bellavia to my family and friends. My husband and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I couldn???t have had a better experience. I ended up being in contact with Elliot Burns who took the time via email exchange all week to present me with some vehicles. Elliot presented me with a beautiful car in their stock that was 95% close to my build. Upon arrival Elliot was with another client and brought in Noland to help me. Noland picked up where Elliot left off. Walked out with the car same day. I would certainly recommend this branch to friends and family. Thank you Guys. See you in 3 years.
Tom is an exceptional sales man I was referred to him by one of my friend and I must say he was the best salesman I ever had. This was my second Mercedes purchase and the deal I got was 10 times better than my first. He was very professional and informative he took my needs into consideration which I really liked.

Doug and Paul turned a horrible experience around for me. I will not go to anyone else for my future car needs. I???ve been with Ray Catena for over 15 years and I almost walked away never to return to the brand.
Tom Cola was very knowledgeable. He didn???t pressure me to buy a car. He gave me the facts and encouraged me to compare to other vehicles. He made the experience feel personal and he got me into the car I wanted.
