Full disclosure: My dad technically bought it, but I had a huge hand in the decision and getting used to the car after buying. This is his first Kia. Mine was a Forte Koup SX. Both seem to be splendid. The seats aren't too plushy but I can still fit in them(unlike the N cars, which I can't fit in at all, being 30lb overweight) The performance threw me off because I found out after the test drive it was "only" 320hp. Very few SUVs have this kind of horsepower unless they're HUGE. This outhandles and outaccelerates his 270hp 2014 WRX. Yup, even though it's an SUV. So far it's been easy to charge, we use the local transit park'n'ride charger and just go do other stuff while it sits there a few hours. It's free, so he hasn't needed to even get a wall charger at home yet, which is good, because this isn't a $60 Tesla. Having to get a $2K level 2 charger would be a noticeable additional expense. The radio is AMAZING. Not the best I've ever heard, but for the price range, it is unlikely that anything is noticeably better, if better at all. I know everything has a backup camera these days, but I'm absolutely LOVING this thing's! Especially since I back into charging stations(I suck at backing up otherwise, especially in an SUV). Do your homework, make sure chargers are around. If you need to use it THAT much, consider that level 2 wall charger. Don't bother with the level 1 wall charger, it only charges 20 miles a day for this vehicle. I bought the car 2 days ago, this thing's forcing me to do a reliability rating. Disregard it. Bottom line: You couldn't get a gasoline SUV that matched these specs for this price. I don't think you could even come close.

Hands down Roseville Mazda is the place to go. I recently bought a new CX5 and was delighted the entire way! The sales staff was very attentive. I would highly encourage anyone in the market for a new Mazda to give Roseville a shot and you won't be disappointed! I reached out to every Mazda Dealer within a hundred miles and by far they had the best deal! No games here, just straight business and happy customers. The dealership was recently remodeled and spotless. They even had the car waiting for me inside its own little garage! They will go through all the car technology with you before leaving. This car is amazingly fun to drive: it has a ton of power and torque, and handles like a sports car. I have the Wind AWD w/ Tech Package. The cabin is a good mix of touchscreen and physical knobs/buttons. The Meridian sound system provides fantastic audio. There is a lot of space with the rear seats folded flat.

My EV6 Wind AWD is great. I love all the features and would consider a GT Line in the feature. However, I have 3 pet peeves. First, the autosensing wiper setting is inconsistent. Sometimes it will go on high speed for mist and at other time does not wipe a windshield full of rain drops. Second, the forward vehicle detection is also inconsistent failing to detect and stop regardless of having the highest distance set of 4 cars separation. This is especially true in curves or if cars depart suddenly from in front of you and the next car in front is very slow or at a full stop. Third and last, the auto parking sensor fails to detect parking spots and when it does, it's too slow to park. These 3 were true in the 2023 Niro Hybrid I had for a year. The surround camera view is, nevertheless, a great feature to for parking and to avoid damaging wheels when parallel parking. The Meridian sound system is superb.

Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.
