We would like to thank Charles Bruce for his excellent customer service every time we bring our Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service or repair. Recently we were going out of town and needed our key fob reprogramed for safety reasons. Mr Bruce got us in right away so we didn’t have to worry while we were away. We will continue to bring both of our Jeeps to Auburn Jeep Dodge.
I was trying to decide which car I wanted. Greg and Anthony were more than accommodating. I drove a Stinger (what a wonderfully fun care to drive). Did I say Fun, I mean FUN FUN FUN! Then a Kia Sportage. The Sportage met all the needs of our family. I did not buy at that time. I live in Oregon so I came home and went to other dealers. I did go back to Greg and he ordered the car for me. He was wonderful. When the car (Lola) arrived, I met Rodney. He was great! He brought the car to me, and explained it to me. He also has answered several questions since. What a wonderful job every one there has done to help me with the car I need. "Lola" is a beauty, and a great car!
If you're like me, then you hate experience of shopping for a new vehicle. Sales people are exhausting and turn an exciting time in your life into a horrible one...NOT AT Folsom Lake Kia. Joe Romiez was my salesman and he listened to my car needs, was extremely patient and went above and beyond when he did additional research for me. The process overall was very good and I would recommend everyone shop and buy their next vehicle from Folsom Lake Kia...you won't regret it!
New auto purchases can be difficult or easy, my experience was difficult. I was asking for as price match of an offer I received at another dealership nut the wrong color. They fumbled around, stalled, and finally made an offer far from reasonable. After 3 1/2 hours I went to another dealership, got my price, and completed the purchase quickly.
Our interactions with your sales team were the best car buying experience we???ve ever had. Connor was very knowledgeable and showed us numerous vehicles. We found the vehicle that we wanted and went on a test drive. We were sold by at the point we sat down to talk numbers. Within 10 minutes of talking we had settled on pricing we thought was great. The rest of the process took very little time. We left the dealership with the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and having had a very positive experience. After purchasing 2 Kias in the past from another dealership, we are now loyal customers of John L Sullivan's Roseville Kia thanks to the great service by Connor and James.
I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.
Sales rep Nathan Scott listened to what I wanted in a car, and showed a number of different models and options. This was a major purchase for me, one I had not made for a couple of decades. I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. I was happy with the service.
wow, Kia issued a safety update to their software just as a precaution. John Sullavan Kia got me in when it was convenient for me and had the update completed in less than an hour. They also took the time to explain about the update. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. I do all my Kia service work there.
Roseville Kia was an amazing dealership! They have really taken care of my family! My mother with her new optima and myself with my new forte. I would highly recommend them as they are a pleasure to work with and really want to make sure you drive off with the vehicle you truly want.
First off every one here is wonderful and kind! but some times paperwork gets lost and people quit before a deal is finished! I got my new KIA soul 6 months ago and a roof rack was to be put on right away. whelp with the move of shops that part was forgotten by staff (who no longer work there) well now its time for my first oil change so I call up to see if the roof rack can be put on at the same time. Nick was so helpful and kind! got it done right away and even took my car in early. Thanks to nick a frustrating situation turned into a wonder one!
