April Sales Mgr., Ralph Salesman and Josh in Finance all worked together to get me the vehicle I wanted and the price I needed to be at. Top notch. Professional. Honest. Caring. I will never buy another Kia from any other dealership than theirs! I love my car, loved the service I received, and after visiting many car dealers while shopping for a vehicle, this was by far the best dealership and staff I walked in to. And trust me I was probably in at least 10 dealerships before I found Kia of Wilmington. Ask for Ralph, he is an incredible human being and salesman. April, my Sales Manager was incredible and real. Received a call from Vernon about possibly trading my 2016 Soul that I love. Didn?t need a new one. Then Vernon did the math and I left with a 2018 turbo Soul with a rediculously low interest rate, extended warranty and Gap insurance for not much more than I was paying!!! Great deal, awesome car!
