With only two months left on my lease for my Chevrolet Equinox, I started looking into leasing another Equinox ? but decided to test drive the Kia Sportage first. I absolutely loved the comfort and quietness of the Sportage, so I decided to see what kind of deal Ken Ganley Kia of Mentor could offer. I was fully expecting the usual sales pitches and the long, drawn-out back-and-forth process that can make buying or leasing a car stressful. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless everything was! When I previously leased my Equinox, I remember spending an entire agonizing day at the Chevy dealership. This time, I arrived at the Kia dealership around 11:45 a.m. and was driving off the lot in my new Sportage by 3:00 p.m. My salesman, Desmond Rasberry, along with the sales manager, were both wonderful to work with. Desmond has continued to go above and beyond even after the sale, which truly speaks to his dedication and customer service.
