2024 K5 Ex. OUTSTANDING!
My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. I brought the car in and it immediately was placed in line. Mateo Orosco was very helpful. As a general comment, I wish I had a better comprehensive explanation of what happened to the part to be replaced. I am still not sure if it was a problem from the manufacturer or from incidents that took place while driving. It is concerning that a manufacturing defect was not covered by the company. In general, I am relieved that the problem has been taken care of and that the service was effective and professional.
