Highly recommend this dealership but also recommend Dennis Miller! Dennis helped me out over the phone first to make a deal so that I did not have to drive an hour and wait at the dealership long with my son. He got me the car I wanted for the right price. Highly satisfied and will be going back in three years for my next lease!
2026 Kia K5 review
I absolutely love my vehicle and the service at Lou Sobh Kia is unmatched! The professionalism, care and support from every member of the staff did not go unrecognized. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

They always do a great job at Kia. Marshall was very helpful always telling you what’s best for your car, and he always explains the job before and after the service. Sometimes when I bring my car in I sit there all day, not happy about that. Especially when it was just an inspection that was last year 2025 other then that no problem.😌

CarMax Capital BoulevardReviews
CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

I had a great experience working with Gerry and the team that supports him. My wife and I were looking for specific things in a vehicle and Gerry Gave us very good advice to help us make an even better decision. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything, and even though this dealership is a little far away from where we live, it was well worth it.

Really great full experience working with Anthony buying my new 2026 Kia Sorrento at Duchess Kia! He was so smart when it came to the car I was buying and all questions I had. The service department at the dealership also goes above and beyond and is highly regarded! -Tonya

Romeo Kia review
I used to be a sales person for more than 3 years. Even with everything I know, I'm still not a fan of purchasing cars. With that said, Michael Agar was very knowledgeable with his products and made the procedure very easy (made me wonder if it was just my dealership that made things so time consuming). I wasn't there for too long, everything was presented clear and easy to understand. Jakob DiNonno was the Business Manager who took care of everything else. Very professional and great to deal with. I met with the Manager (i believe was Joe) who wanted to make sure Michael and everyone at the Romeo dealer took care of me which they did. Thank you for your assistance with my purchase and hope to see you all soon!

Super happy! Bought a 2025 Jeep Gladiator from Dutchess last week and this dealership did everything they could to get me in the exact vehicle I set me mind on and they were absolutely successful in doing so. I particularly like that nothing feels like a secret at this dealer and I felt in the loop about every little detail. I will be sending friends and family to you!! Thank you Dutchess team and enjoy your Holidays!

The bilingual staff here tailored their process to my needs, which I find really valuable when spending a lot on a new grand Cherokee like we did. Highly recommend this Dealership and it has been my best and favorite car buying experiencee
