A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

I used to be a sales person for more than 3 years. Even with everything I know, I'm still not a fan of purchasing cars. With that said, Michael Agar was very knowledgeable with his products and made the procedure very easy (made me wonder if it was just my dealership that made things so time consuming). I wasn't there for too long, everything was presented clear and easy to understand. Jakob DiNonno was the Business Manager who took care of everything else. Very professional and great to deal with.
