Brought my car in for tire rotation, cabin air filter and to have my brakes checked due to a grinding sound. Marshall and his team inspected everything on the car for me and stated that the brakes were fine and it was probably some surface rust from the wet weather. A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
