Took my 2019 Kia Optima S in for software up date. They had me in and out within an hour! I get all my service with Ken Ganley Kia and they never fail me always a friendly staff, great service not to mention they by far have the best waiting area with compliments coffee, tea, hot chocolate, latte and cable tv plus many more. Very new customer waiting area is clean and comfortable. However, the one and only snack machine would not accept dollar bills - I tried 3 different ones, five separate times. An employee also came by and tried 2-3 times, still was not accepted.
