Moe was an exceptional salesman. Although we decided to purchase elsewhere we highly recommend him. He was kind, straightforward and goof natured. He did not pressure us and was a great understanding listener.

Bought the car I had researched from Suntrup KIA. The salesman Moe was way more than helpful.every one I dealt with was super helpful friendly and seemed very genuine. Moe spent as much time as I wanted showing me features. And even would explain more about her telluride that she bought somewhere else. I have bought many cars in my life. But I can honestly this was my best car buying experience. They all did try to meet my terms and I left feeling I got a great deal. And I did.

Suntrup Kia South review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Suntrup Kia South, and I can’t express how satisfied I am with the experience. Despite being a thousand miles away, their professionalism, transparency, and warmth made me feel right at home. From the moment I connected with Moe Saad, I knew I was in good hands. Moe exemplified the epitome of a top-notch car salesman, providing me with reassurance and guidance every step of the way. My search for the perfect EV9 led me to many dealerships, but none matched the integrity and authenticity of Suntrup Kia South. Moe and his team went above and beyond, offering red carpet treatment without the need for an actual red carpet. Even while under the weather, Moe ensured a seamless transaction, passing the baton to Dzenis, who continued the stellar customer service. From start to finish, every detail was meticulously handled, including a thoughtful conversation with sales manager Dave, who ensured my satisfaction was met at every turn. In an industry often plagued by deceit and gimmicks, Suntrup Kia South stands out as a beacon of honesty and excellence. It’s rare to find such a level of service and transparency, and I can confidently say this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Despite the distance, I’d make the journey again without hesitation. If you’re in the market for an EV9 or any vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Suntrup Kia South. You won’t be disappointed. Hats off to Moe, Dzenis, Dave, and the entire team for exceeding expectations and setting the bar high for customer satisfaction.

O'Brien Kia of Bloomington review
I shopped around quite a bit before buying and honestly dealt with some pretty absurd sales tactics elsewhere. In fact, I chose to drive over an hour to work with this team because of how different the experience was from the start. Working with Brian Read was the exact opposite of what I encountered elsewhere. He was easy to communicate with, transparent, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. He answered my questions, respected my time, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Coming from a high-end luxury SUV, I had pretty high expectations and wasn’t sure anything else would feel comparable. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, comfort, technology, and overall luxury feel of my new Kia Telluride. It exceeded my expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Brian and the entire team for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. The drive was absolutely worth it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Great experience with this dealership, trading in a vehicle and buying new. Sam Samet was very knowledgeable on the new Tundra I was looking at and pointed out all the features. The dealership offered me good trade in value and kept the ball rolling in a timely manner. The dealership was clean and nice to spend a few hours in. I will call Sam next time I need a car.

Was able to get a 2018 Kia Soul. Love the car and was very pleased to be able to pick out the color I wanted. Only thing was that they were supposed have detailed the vehicle before I took possession and while it was cleaned they missed a half gallon container of pineapple juice on the floor of the back seat.

This is our 1st Kia and we absolutely love it. Had a great salesman, Derek, who went above and beyond with his customer service abilities. Knowledgeable about Kia and was able to answer our questions. Keith and Mike, asst. Managers, were quite helpful. Mike really came through in solving an issue we were having. Thank you all and we are looking forward to our new relationship with Kia and its employees.

Brian Read was extremely helpful in the car buying process! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, and he made the process seamless. Spent less than 2 hours total in the dealership between two visits and had a very easy experience. Brian is very responsive and had the car I was looking for and all information within 1-2 days of me inquiring.
