Kia Downtown Los AngelesReviews
Kia Downtown Los Angeles review
Hello, I would like to take the time to acknowledge Sharleen Macias. I recently had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Sharleen Macias, and I feel it’s important to recognize the level of professionalism and care I received. From the moment I arrived, she was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Sharleen took the time to clearly explain the services needed, provided honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured—just well-informed and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Her communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Sharlene’s dedication, transparency, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her if anyone is looking for reliable and exceptional service. Please let me know you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely a happy customer 😊

Kia Santa Monica review
Fantastic car-buying experience at Kia Santa Monica, all thanks to Jason who is the most non-salesy salesperson (thank you!). Appreciated that he was authentic, timely, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right fit without any pressure or awkward drama. He made the process smooth and stress-free, and we got a great deal on the car we were looking for. Honestly wish we could buy all our cars from him and then go out for a beer afterward. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience communicating this dealership recently. Even though I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, the team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. There was absolutely no sales pressure, which made my browsing experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions via texts and emails. Also, gave me the space to make my own decision. I highly recommend this Kia Cerritos to anyone looking for a relaxed, professional car-shopping experience!

Pomona KiaReviews
Pomona Kia review
I just bought a new Kia Niro Hybrid from Pomona Kia and I am thrilled with the car and impressed by the Pomona Kia staff. I was greeted by Tristin as I walked in the door and we discussed my needs (Hybrid) he showed me the Niro and a Sportage. The Sportage is amazing but just too big. During my test drive I absolutely fell in love with what would become my new car. It was late and I was getting cranky so I told Tristin we had to finish the sale and paperwork on the next day. Next day I walked into the sales office. Tristin had the day off. I worked with Joe (totally amazing) and I told him I wanted to buy the car and to give me the total price and final numbers that will get me out the door. The only extras I wanted were the interior and exterior protection coating and extended warranty. After a few minutes Joe came out with my numbers and all that was left was to agree on the term of the loan. Next stop was the finance guy. Traditionally I have dreaded dealing with the finance guy because of all the services they try to get you to buy. Not at Kia Pomona. Finance manager was friendly and did everything he could to get my paperwork quickly finished. The Niro already had the exterior and interior protection. All that was left was the extended warranty. Joe quoted me a middle protection level price. Finance showed me the difference between the middle of the road and the premium policy. Premium had better protection and didn’t cost much more so I went with that. 90 minutes and 3,000 signatures on sales documents later I drove home in a spectacular new car. I was extra pleased because I felt I got a fair price and got to work with some amazing people who made sure I was getting the correct car at the best possible rice.

Kia Downtown Los Angeles review
"I had the best experience with Sharleen Macias! "Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable and transparent. Sharleen, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and honest. Sharleen was not only great at what she does, but also honest and genuinely kind. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here, and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you for providing such superior service!" Hope Sharlene's work ethics don't go unnoticed..

Purchased a car at KIA of Carson. JC was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He went over the car features and pointed out the differences between the cars we were looking at. He was patient and friendly.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years
