Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Benjamin Davis was my sales guy. Awesome, no pressure and highly knowledgeable. The whole process was extremely stress free and really nice. George Gee Kia Spokane has an outstanding service department as well. About 8 years ago, I had taken my car for servicing. I had purchased it from another dealership far away. They were so polite and friendly. They fixed it fairly quick but let us take one of the cars while ours was being worked on. Thats what brought me there to buy my next one. They made me a great deal so here we are. Writing a review with a great car, great deal, and the service department to back it up.
2023 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid review
I purchased my KIA Niro PHEV in 3/'23. When people ask about how I like it, I tell them that I think KIA gathered designers, engineers and sales people together to create a vehicle just perfect for me. As most of my trips are under 40 miles(round trip), 90+% of my driving has been by battery power. I charge mostly at home and have seen no significant increases in my power bills. I add a couple gallons of gas every few months, averaging well over 225 mpg. There's plenty of room for 4 adults (5 would be cozy) and with the back seats folded it provides ample space for large items. I've driven it just about 25K miles and look forward to many more. It's fun to drive, pleasingly quick and adequately fast. I've had no service issues and hope that continues. Oh yes, It's Fire Orange so I can find it in parking lots and the color has drawn positive comments. As I'm approaching 90 and still shopping for a "sports car", this one will most likely turn out to be an appropriate compromise(and potentially extend my life!!). If you decide to purchase one, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have mine.
