Just traded in my 2013 for a 2018 with less than 18,000 miles on it. I loved my Optima and wanted another. This one is nice, but missing the heated steering wheel my other EX had. I like the looks of the cabin on my 2013 better than this one, but it’s not bad. It’s a smooth comfortable ride, good on gas and has some nice safety features. Definitely not disappointed.

My purchase was smooth and all my needs were met . Knowledge about the car was an amazing and Darryl was ready to spend as much time needed to tell me about all the tech in the car and app and offered to talk separately with my son, too.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase

I got the 2020 KIA Optima S trim. The car is great! This is my first car and the safety features helps me out a lot. The backup camera works really well thankfully because I can’t see see anything out the back window lol. I’m in the military so I drive her around a little more often than usual. The car holds up well. The car is very comfortable as well I drive her back home (15hrs) and have no issues at all. The fuel economy is great as well get around 530 miles on a full tank. The car is not a race car so I wouldn’t expect that kind of performance. That being said she is pretty fast and handles great! I got mine in 2021 for about $24k with around 23k miles on it. For the money I’d definitely say it’s worth it.

I have a 2013 Kia Optima turbo I was going through a green light and someone ran the red light, hit me right on my driver's door, all my airbags went off protected me completely, totaled the car, I love the car so much I went out and bought a 2015, they are a great car the performance is great, I'd love to get a Kia stinger but I see no reason to sell my Optima it's too nice of a car

Bought my Optima new in 2013 with 14 miles on it. Today, I have 101,500. No complaints with my car or Kia as ALL recalls have been taken care of timely. My biggest recall was 5 years ago...I had no problems with the engine but Kia sent me a notice to get it checked out, so I took it in. Kia found an issue and they replaced the engine and paid for the rental car for the 4-6 weeks I was in it. The color of my car is "Remington Red" and it's still bright and shiny with no signs of peeling. No complaints on the gas mileage. The only complaint I have is, when I needed to put the back seats down to be able to haul a rolled rug home a couple of times, the opening between the trunk and the downed seats is not very large opening and the back seats do not lay flat...besides that I've been very happy with my Optima. Now would be a good time to trade it in because of the used sedans are in demand BUT I don't want a car payment again!

Larry Davis, was the best. He worked with me on buying my first car. He went the extra mile for me to get me into a hummer h3. I'm so grateful for his work, lol although when I went to pick up the h3 they couldn't find the keys. I recommend LD to anyone buying a car.

I bought ths car and besides the recalls on it, it's been a great car. Great gas mileage, looks sporty enough for this 60 yr old woman. I would of preferred leather interior and chrome wheels. Also wanted sunroof but for the year it had great mileage

I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!

I came to Inpower Motors Dec 2018 looking to trade in my car for an SUV. They paid out my loan and got me my car within the same payment I had on my previous car. Had to give a little more down paument because of my credit but I didn't mind if I was getting what I wanted. My friend asked them for the carfax on my vehicle and they printed it out and it was good. Since my friend is a mechanic he wouldn't let me get just any car. Took it to fix some fuses asked them for assistance, waited little more than 3 hrs but my car was fixed. Marcos the person in charge of Mechanics is friendly, polite and respectful. I came here because my previous bank said if there was any dealer rhat could help me get into a newer car having had only 10 months with thw other car it would be InPower Motors and it did happen. I have no complaints on my car or the premises or customer service problems.

I don't ever write reviews, but will now. I've had this 2015 optima ex turbo 1.4 yrs and really performs well! Smooth ride and not bad on gas. Have had no engine problems. No issues but little head space in cabin . Anyone over 5 10 is in trouble. It feels solid/safe driving. The turbo really moves when power is needed.

Cesar is a great guy to work with. Although they didn't have the car I called ahead to look at at the Buckeye location, I didn't have to wait long. They took me over to the Van Buren location in a new Benz. When I drove the Volvo it was great except for the groan when the wheels turned to the right. I accidentally left my car keys in the Volvo after the test drive and went back to get my car. Cesar was very understanding and took me back over in the Benz again to get my keys out of the Volvo. I asked him to call me back when the Volvo was repaired and I would consider buying it. Maybe this is just how car dealerships do things, but later when he called me he said he would only fix the Volvo if I promised to buy it. I mentioned that it would need to be fixed for most anyone to want to buy it. He persisted so I told him I wasn't interested. Good thing too, because I found a better car at half the price. TL;DR Cesar is a great guy. Pretty good experience. The car business is a trap.

This car was purchased 3 years ago and I had to only replace the starter. The steering wheel coupler went bad luckily it was a recall on it so it was covered.

Outside of a few repairs it has performed flawlessly. The leather seats cracked well before 60kmi, and we're not covered under warranty. Multiple paint chips at the very edge of the hood, but overall very satisfied. I'm hard on my cars and this one has performed very well.

They look out for you with your best interest in mind. Especially Alma D. She rocks.she was so patient with me and caring we made each other's day.

overall great vehicle, caution...the passenger seat is inches shorter than the drivers. Short passengers beware! Our kia optima power driver seat failed, one of the motors. Unrepairable...swapped seat for manual. Reupholster to match. a minor inconvenience. 4/2023 at 148000miles, the engine failed. Hope recall covers

I highly recommend this car for anyone looking for a good quality four-door four-cylinder sedan This 2016 Optima EX outperforms my 1998 Camry LE. Every bit as quiet and it’s actually fun to drive. Starting to lose a slight amount of oil with 85,000 miles on it. Engine was completely replaced and nothing out of pocket under Kia recall.

I absolutely would recommend this place! I don’t understand people saying they had trouble with the car they got here. We bought a 3 Month WARRANTY FOR $99! Had a transmission issue right before the 3 months was expired and was covered under our warranty. Like any other product, simply purchase a warranty! Our car was $5600.00. They don’t build the cars .....no one knows what will happen months down the road with any used car. We just brought our neighbor here this past weekend and they bought a car too for $6200.00 and yes they bought a warranty! Thanks New Deal for offering Warranties on your cars. The Sales staff are so low pressure. The place is very busy is the only thing but every place needs more staff these days! They let you test drive the cars by yourself which is nice too! Cleanest and friendliness dealership we have ever been too! THANK YOU to your team!!

I'm just frustrated about recall on my engine, I've had everything recall on my engine light comes on/off. 7 words or less,I drive 5 miles to work,I've replaced catalytic converter,

This is now the second optima I have owned and I have to say that I am truly impressed with how KIA has improved over the years. The leg room in this car is fantastic and it's quite comfortable on long rides. Handles nice, has nice acceleration, rides smooth, it's great on fuel, and has very few problems. The interior gets some criticism from some consumers but what I love about it is that it sacrifices flashy exotic dashboard designs for genuine comfort and space. I would argue that the value of the newer optima models exceeds that of the almighty Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I literally love driving this car and I miss it when I'm riding in someone else's car. The only issue I ever had was with my last optima, which was a knock sensor issue. Kia fixed it free of charge rather quickly and gave me no problems at all about it. My current one has over 50k miles and runs like brand new. You can't even feel the motor running when it's idling. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for more bang for their buck and for anyone who has 1-2 kids.
