Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Emergency Brakes won't hold the vehicle on a slope without Parking gear. Car rolls down on slight slope with brakes on. Needs a recall to replace Emergency brake cables.

220,000 miles and still is running strong. Holds up with 3 young boys what can I ask for? Bought used price was good why not? I'll drive it till the wheels fall off. The durability of the inside is impressive I'd even buy a new engine or transmission if need be. Very satisfied customer.

Best Valued Minivan on market. Has had 0 Mtx issues, rated #1 Safety, best Engine have ever owned (out of 45+vehicles). Love the 2 Sliding side doors w/electric windows, & Love its Functionality as it can hold as much as a Ford F150 or Chevy Silverado trucks.

It runs great. It is so quiet and smooth running. Perfect. Purchasing this van from Joe at eBZZ was the best experience I have ever had in buying a used vehicle. There really was no pressure. I saw the van as I passed their lot and stopped to see it after hours. I then called the office and said I was interested in the van. He said stop by and we’ll show it to you. He even offered to stay a little late, because I worked about an hour away, for me to stop in and test drive the van. They were very accommodating. We did the test drive, got all the facts on the van, they had the “FAX” report and all was great. They took care of all the paperwork in getting it registered and ready for the road. They are the BEST. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle of any kind. They even helped with my trade-in and gave me a generous figure. Best experience ever!! I just can’t say this enough. “ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!”

I am on my third car from this lot. I feel like negative reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations of used cars at the $10k and under point. If you do a little research on things before going (to any lot) you’ll be a lot better off. I’ve never felt pushed into a car just to make a sale here. In fact, there was a time when Todd told me not to buy something because he knew it wasn’t what I was really after and wouldn’t be happy with it. I’ve never felt any pressure at all from any of them to get any certain car or the optional warranty. It’s always been quick, easy, and laid back. I’ve mentioned before id like to run it to a mechanic to get looked over before buying and they were ok with it. I’ll definitely keep checking in with them when I need a car.

The people at the dealership were very helpful and courteous. We got a fair price for our trade in, and were very happy to drive home in our new (used) car.
