I went in to buy a new car. They worked with me pretty well to accommodate my preferences. My salesman was Devon, and he was awesome and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything else on to me for the commission. The biggest downfall of this dealership is the amount of time I spent waiting when it came to paperwork. I spent an excess of 45 minutes just waiting to get to the finance department. I would still recommend simply for the employees and environment.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I would highly recommend Peter Tran. It was my first time buying a car, and he made the whole process easy and simple. He’s very knowledgeable, and he can explain things in a simple format. He’s also very patient with you which is a very good trait. Especially for first time car buyers who are just learning and exploring their options. Overall, I had a great first time experience buying a car here, and I’m very satisfied with the outcome of the whole process.

I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to Tony! He even gave some life advice lol. The day I purchased my car was awesome! they were ready for me shortly after I arrived, and the gentleman that works the service entry overhang was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Cost of service appeared to be well worth the effort put into it. When car was done with service they vacuumed the inside of my car "I have been meaning to for months". Very Pleasant Experience.
This dealership is awesome. They are under new management and the change is great. Total different environment now relaxing and inviting. No high pressure to buy or fix unnecessary items on the vehicle.
the reason why I gave the buying experience 1 star is because the salesperson, who has since been terminated (as is my understanding) sold me a boatload of lies when discussing the exceptionally high car payment.
Everything else was great. They were able to take me in earlier than my appointment and recommended getting two "recalls" taken care of at the same time. My car came out better than new.
I went in for an oil change and new wiper blades, ended up having to get new tires all around. Was disappointed they were not nice and shiny. Other than that my only complaint was sitting so long for many hours.
We were looking for a new outlander phev. We saw a couple on the website and requested a price sheet. It took a couple days to get it, but it was very thorough and accurate and the best price in central FL. Impressive.
