6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

My husband & I just purchased a rather “different” used car from them. A Volkswagen R32 that wasn’t cheap. If you know, you know. CJ was amazing through the entire process. Being an older car we obviously had concerns about the vehicle for the price even though it looked beautiful on the lot & just wanted to make sure everything was okay. He went above & beyond to make us feel comfortable with purchasing the car allowing us to take it for a pre-purchase inspection & also having any concern we had checked out by their mechanics as well & we took it on multiple test drives. This was over a 2-3 week process & he waited patiently while we made our decision. We also interacted with a few people there during the process who were all very nice. Once we decided to purchase CJ set up a time to do the paper work & Tracy was also very nice & had everything ready. Easy in & easy out! Will 100% return again!

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Absolutely love our Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD 2020. We've owned it for 3 years and it has 46K on it. Regular oil changes and just did brakes, and that's it! With all the bells and whistles I got with my trim, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, auto lift trunk gate..i would have paid 5-8K more to get into a Toyota Hylander or Honda Pilot. With best in class warranty, I'll take my chances. Plus the suv drives so smooth, like a car, tons of pick up. Really shocked to see the latest reveiws aren't great on the sorento, but honestly I think it's their 4 cylinder engine that's the issue, their 6 cylinders have been excellent, stick with the better trims

After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. I have had to replace the battery twice since New one I don't know why but the warranty and extended gold warranty have got me covered until 130k miles so I feel good. Recalls easily handled for Free at the dealership so no big deal very happy. Hope to still be happy ten years from now when my kid is driving to high school in it.

Except for a couple pesky electronics recall issues due primarily to lack of parts or a fix plan we love our V6 AWD Sorento. We've had it as a lease for nearly 4 years and plan to keep it when the lease term is up. Best in class towing capacity for an SUV no longer available in any model.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

The manager Arnold C is also straight forward, easy to work with and quick to work on your offer and counter offer, transparent with itemized costs for the purchase. The offer was very competitive, you feel like you can trust this team unlike those 495 beltway dealers playing typical dealer parlor games even on a cash purchase no trade no finance deal, that should not take more than 30 miutes to get an OTD price. I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. They reached out right away after my online inquiry into the '17 Lexus NX. Unfortunately there was no delivery service and this would be costly from Ft. Meyers to Las Cruces, NM. Nonetheless the rep was very forthright with the car info and felt no hard selling on their end. Always appreciated when your not there in person to make personal contact.
