My recent experience purchasing a New Honda CR V at Buena Park Honda was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the Buena park Honda dealership I was greeted by Sebastian. Sebastian introduced himself right away, and his welcoming smile and calm energy immediately put me at ease. He gave me a through overview of what made the Honda CR-V a great choice. He reminded me of that exceptional customer service that still exist. He asked me thoughtful questions about my needs, and priorities. Since the car was for my 18 year old son, he took the time to explain the car features with patience and clarity in detail while truly taking the time to listen to our questions. There were no surprise fees or gimmicks. I was given honest numbers and clear options. Even after I decided to purchase the vehicle Sebastian and Peter(the manager) were very professional, transparent, respectful and willing to answer all my questions. When I came to pick up the vehicle Sebastian was waiting for me with everything ready. The paperwork was nealty prepared , the car was freshly detailed and I was given a full tank of gas. Yay! Sebastian helped my son sync his phone to the system and re explained all the car features in detail. This kind of attention speaks volumes. My son loves his car, it is spacious, and he loves the smart features, but what makes this experience extraordinary is the outstanding customer service I received from start to finish by Sebastian and Peter. Peter really listened to my questions/concerns and was very transparent. They made me feel like a valued customer. If you're considering a new vehicle I highly recommend you visiting this dealership and asking for Sebastian. He made buying a car feel easy, honest and even enjoyable.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

From step one in the process until the signing of the paperwork, the car buying experience at Audi Fletcher Jones was second to none. Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.
