AutoNation Ford SanfordReviews
AutoNation Ford Sanford review
I purchased a 2026 Ford Raptor from AutoNation in Sanford. The while experience was great and I absolutely love the new truck. I am writing this about my first service performed yesterday at the same location. I typically worry about the inconsistency of good work from dealerships and don’t write reviews for just doing their job. This time was different. A oil change and tire rotation was all that was needed so it didn’t take long. My cost was actually less than what my sister recently paid at the Jiffy Lube for her oil change. My service advisor Devan was pleasant, informative and even got a scratch out of my mirror that I did by bumping my mailbox. The best thing about the visit was how high tech they were. The vehicle was scanned when arriving showing me pictures of any scratches or dents that existed when I arrived. Although this protects both of us, I also received a video of each step taken on the service including all items they checked. I felt very comfortable when I left knowing the job was good quality. They updated the dash and even showed me some cool features I was unaware of. Nice work and I will be back for my next service for sure. No more sticker on the window telling me when I next visit was due, it’s all high tech and digital. Great job, Highly recommend this service center.

Subaru of MorgantownReviews
Subaru of Morgantown review
Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!
