Rusty Wallace Kia AlcoaReviews
Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa review
The last three autos I have purchased have been with Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa. I have worked with others, but Rusty Wallace Kia has always shined much brighter in so many ways. This month, July of 2026, not only did the dealership shine but I was overwhelmed by the salesperson of Greg Taylor! In this purchase I found a salesperson who showed integrity, character, honestness, thoroughness and worked with me throughout the process. Can't say enough good things about the guy. Rusty Wallace Kia in Alcoa has taken care of me and my cars now for about 10 years. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Rusty Wallace Kia AlcoaReviews
Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa review
I had the pleasure of working with Harley Williamson at Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience we had, even though we ultimately didn't purchase a car. From the moment we walked in, Harley went above and beyond to understand exactly what we were looking for, which was a very specific set of features. He took the time to listen, never rushed us, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t find the perfect fit this time, we were so impressed with how respectful and kind Harley and everyone else at this dealership was. They truly made us feel valued as customers and helped us explore all our options without any pressure. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We would absolutely recommend Harley Williamson to anyone looking for a car, and when we're ready to buy again, we will definitely consider going back to Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa. A wonderful experience all around!

Great customer service! Greg Taylor is wonderful at answering questions and following up to make sure all expectations are met and exceeded! Very happy with my new purchase!
2026 Kia Sportage review
I purchased 2026 KIA SPORTAGE and I absolutely, positively love the car. The electronics is intuitive and a joy to use! The vehicle is also easy to handle. My KIA has all the bell and whistles one would expect in a much more expensive car. Test drive one and you will fall in love just the way I did!

Justin Siler was the best. He explained everything and made a good sales man. Thanks for all your help. If I ever need another one you will be the one I come to.
2026 Kia Sportage review
Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Frank was diligent and transparent throughout the whole process. It made it easy working with him at the distance. I can highly recommend if you want to avoid the hassle of all the dealerships that make you be there in order to have the final price of the vehicle.
2026 Kia Sportage review
Honestly one of the best vehicles I’ve owned so far. My Kia Sportage has been super reliable, comfortable on long drives, and surprisingly good on gas. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the ride is smooth whether I’m driving around town or on the highway. Haven’t had any major issues with it and it’s been a great daily driver overall. Definitely recommend it if you want something practical that still looks nice and feels good to drive.

Parkside Kia review
Five stars aren’t enough for the service team at Parkside KIA, especially Adam! My vehicle had been in the shop since May 21st waiting on a backordered wiring harness. The long wait was completely out of their control due to parts availability, but Adam kept me updated and took great care of me the entire time. During the harness installation, a minor cosmetic issue occurred with my vehicle. What truly defines a great service center is how they handle a hiccup, and Parkside KIA was incredible. They took full accountability, fixed the damage quickly, and were remarkably polite, friendly, and professional about the whole situation. My vehicle is now back, everything is completely corrected, and it looks 100% amazing! Adam gave 110% effort throughout this entire process—he is a top-tier service advisor, an absolute delight to work with, and a master at customer care. I couldn't be happier with the final result!
2026 Kia Sportage review
2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.
