Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.

This is probably my favorite car. I have had Cadillacs, BMWs and Saabs. This one is by far my favorite in fact when I purchased this I was actually going to buy a Cadillac CTS. Then I drove the stinger. Now I want to trade in for a Telluride just because it will be easier for my oldass to get into.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I was initially unable to call this dealership, they have changed ownership recently and the phones only ring 2 or 3 times and then hang up. I eventually emailed them through cars.com and got a quick email and call back, which was great. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I just wanted to say thank you to Faye in sales and James in finance. This was probably the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I’m always on the defense when dealing with car sales people. That’s why I usually like Carvana. But they do not sell new cars, and you technically can’t drive them or look at them before signing on the dotted line. Faye and James didn’t hard sell me up front or in the back office. Faye and James are credit to the industry, and I thank you for restoring my faith and giving me a great buying experience. Now I’m going to try their service department soon. I brought my car in for regular oil change and tire rotation, and met the new Service Manager, Andrew. He was more than prompt on opening up on time, kept me informed when his 2nd tech was running late, showed me my air filter because he thought it should be changed and went over my entire list of what they did to my car with me. Most of all, he was polite, respectful and an excellent new Service Manager!
