Oleg and Auto Valley Group were absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend that you reach out to them when looking for a new car. I called Oleg the first time 2 weeks before going to see the vehicle. He was easygoing, helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. He gave us a very fair price and a fair trade in value over the phone. We had all the details worked out before we drove the hundred miles to meet Oleg for the first time. The entire experience could not have been better.

My husband handles cars usually but he was deployed, so this was on me. I was nervous about it. The finance guy went line by line down the contract and answered the same question from me three different ways until I got it. Nobody sighed at me once. That's the whole review.

Vehicle came out of detail with the inside of the windshield still streaky and one floor mat missing. Told them, they handled it in about fifteen minutes and found the mat in the back. Not a big deal, just wasn't a perfect delivery. Everything before that was easy and I got a fair price on my old Escape.

One gripe and its a small one: the second key took almost two weeks to show up. They did call me when it came in and had it programmed while I waited, so fine. The buying part itself was easy, my salesperson let me take the Pacifica home overnight to see if the car seats fit the way I needed. That mattered way more than the key thing.

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

Merlex Auto Group review
Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.
