Had a tiny hole in windshield. Brought the car to them and they had a man from Dent Wizard that filled the hole. He was very friendly and professional. Trustworthy! I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

Friendly staff and service. Bobby (BOB) was courteous and knowledgable about the car. The price was well below KBB. After sales options were offered but not forced upon me. The purchase was fast and easy. Will recommend to others.

I was looking for a vintage Jeep. I live in Ohio and found exactly what I wanted in Clearwater florida. I called Ron White, no relation, and he began sending pictures and any information I could dream up or ask. As you can imagine buying an expensive older vehicle 1,000 mi away can be scary and daunting period Ron made me feel as if I was standing there looking at it. Any question I had anything I wanted to see he made available to me. By the time that I agreed to purchase the Jeep every worry and every question I had had been answered and resolved. Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I travel 15 miles each way to have my Kia Niro serviced at Ken Ganley. HIs service department, as far as I?m concerned, is top notch. That is the reason I travel that far.

My experience theft on tiktok and YouTube to break in them. Torn collar from swirling wheel collar. This car is nice and convenient why would that happen to this soul lx Kia.

As is the case with most people, car shopping is not on my list of favorite things to do but my current car was not reliable, so I had to start the car search process. I had not purchased a car in 10 years, so it was a bit of sticker shock in today's market. After reviewing what was available on the internet, I ventured out to the local car dealerships. My first stop was at Fitzgerald Outlet Center on Highway 19 in Clearwater, Florida where salesperson Joe Mozzone showed me the current inventory and described the Fitz way of doing business (upfront about all fees and no surprises at checkout). I did see a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was interested in for which Joe gave me the details of the car. Being that this was my first stop, I left to view other dealerships in the area. After going in and out of all the local dealerships, I realized the best car and price I saw was at my first stop, Fitzgerald Outlet Center so I went back there. it was a little late in the day and it was a Saturday. I took another look at the car and took a test drive with Joe and decided this is the car for me. I had explained my credit situation and they were able to work with me to get a decent interest rate and to get my check payment processed even though they couldn't get bank verification due to the lateness in the day on Saturday but they took my word and processed the payment. As stated in the initial talk,there were no hidden fees at checkout. The staff stayed well after hours on Saturday for me to complete the deal whcih was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe Mozzone and the Fitzgerald Outlet Center.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..
