This will be the second car I leased from Jeffery Kia on Gratiot and both times were excellent. Emily was my sales person, she was so helpful and so friendly. I get pretty nervous when doing things like leasing a car etc but my daughter and I felt very much at ease. Everyone was really nice. I will be going there again!

Serra Mazda BrightonReviews
Serra Mazda Brighton review
Serra Mazda in Brighton was the best shopping experience I have had with a dealership. Justice was a great salesperson. Having been in and around the retail automotive industry for over 30 years it was refreshing to see a young energetic honest salesperson do what he said he was going to do. The management was very friendly and efficient. Great place to buy a Mazda.

Purchased a first car for our son. We came to the dealership for a specific vehicle and never felt haggled or attempted to be steered in a different direction. Kene was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to keep us informed and meeting our needs. Could not have been a better experience and we have one happy kid with his first car. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Great customer service. Shout out to Jamie who helped me at every step. Clean facility. Make sure you ask for the car wash because they don't always just do it. Don't forget to do your reviews as a customer it actually does help the company improve because they do listen to us and they address our concerns and they continue the good work in the areas they are already exceeding in.
