Mr. Cowan was very friendly, courteous, professional and helpful throughout the visit. He explained the maintenance schedule to me thoroughly and suggested other upcoming needs. I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now.
I have owned a 2017 Sorento LX V6 for almost 7 years now. Just about to hit 94k miles and it runs as quiet as the day I bought it. I have driven all over the country and Mexico. Never had any issues. I do oil changes every 7500 miles and I have never had any oil loss. I have had family members buy Kias because of how solid ours has been. My most recent trip was with 4 adults and 500 lbs of luggage through 5500 miles and averaged 27.8 mpg. I plan on keeping it for at least another 7 years!
