Overall good, but when I tried to contact them Saturday by chat I was told they were closed, that there was no one there to sell the car, even though they say Saturday by appt. Then only two days after I bought the car I had a dead battery and they never replied to my email to make it right. It was sold with no warranty, but not even $100 for a battery? Yet I was glad to give them my business since they're Ukranian, in view of all Ukraine has suffered. I left the "trade in" section blank since there was none. Also there was no home delivery.

Okay, real talk… if you’re looking for a vehicle, ask for Tony Grant. I am not the easiest customer. 😂 I ask a million questions, overthink everything, change my mind, compare every option possible, and somehow Tony stayed patient through all of it. He never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The biggest thing for me was that I never felt like I was being “sold.” He just gave me the information, let me figure out what I wanted, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my decision. That’s rare. Good customer service is one thing. Making someone actually enjoy buying a car is another, and somehow he pulled that off. If you’re headed to Reliable, seriously… ask for Tony.
