Overall, I Had A Great Experience

When all is said and done, I had a great experience. However, there is always room for improvement. I found a vehicle online at something like cars.com and send the pre-written message notifying the seller of my interest but nowhere did it indicate that I was contacting a dealership (first con). The dealership then reached out to me via email and phone calls in addition to text message which I felt was a tad aggressive. The agent advised me that I was given preliminary approval and she would save me an additional $500 if I came in that day. Ok, that's fine. When I arrived at the dealership, I expected to work with the woman I had been in contact with but instead was handed off to a sales agent, Aaron. Don't get me wrong, Aaron was great! It was the pretense that I'd be working with someone I was already in contact with which has more of a sense of trust. They first showed me vehicles opposite of what I asked for but eventually I was able to find a car that I liked and was more affordable. Aaron was amazing at being patient and understanding with me as I know I'm difficult to please. He and his management were EXTREMELY easy going and very accommodating to my needs, my financial ability and my wants. I have never purchased a vehicle before but Aaron made the process so simple for me and he found a way to get me into a vehicle with bad credit, no cosigner and a low down payment! I walked out the same day with my new car! I wish they would have provided refreshments to customers as you're there for hours during the purchasing process (even just water). Additionally, my finance guy, Richard was great as well. However, as my first ever financed purchase, they could have been more informative about the process, what the paperwork says, what I was financed for and through which company, as well as how many finance companies they had to use to get me approved. All of this information is useful and educational for a first time buyer. My biggest suggestion would be to be more upfront and informative about the purchasing process.
