My experience with Paul Sherry Chrysler and in particular my salesman, Max Vernau was exceptional. I contacted them through their web site on a Saturday and Max replied immediately, and not with the standard pre-scripted automated reply from an inquiry. He answered my questions, provided a full walk around video and all the details of the truck. I was impressed with his integrity and communication throughout the process. After working out the transaction, I drove the 3 hours to pick up the new (to me) truck and everything was as described. He made the transaction easy, low stress and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Max Vernau to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
