I recently bought a used car from Avon Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA and had the best experience thanks to Robert Resende! He was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made sure the car was in top shape prior to the pickup. He fixed and replaced anything that the car needed without being asked. The vehicle was in mint condition inside and out. He even noticed a crack in the windshield that was not apparent and had it replaced. New tires, brakes, oil change... you name it he had it done! Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!

As a business owner and a car addict I find myself constantly at dealerships looking at cars and trucks. Ive dealt with many high pressure dealerships that press hard for you to buy anything you set eyes on. Rocky mountain Eurosport has been quite the opposite. I personally dealt with Leon and Eli. Both were fantastic. Leon went above and beyond for me and helped find me the perfect vehicle. Allowed me to really think the vehicle over with no pressure and ended up pursuing it. All I can say is that the dealership has so many different options for vehicles. They offered to search and find the right vehicle even if it was outside of the dealership. Its a place that I plan to continue to purchasing from. If you are looking for the right car at the right price, I highly suggest checking them out. Ask for Leon or Eli, but im sure any of the staff would help out and go above and beyond. I have yet to have a bad interaction with any of them. Max is also amazing to deal with as a manager!

John at Drum Hill is the best buying experience I have had in years. He is very professional, his office manager is very responsive to her customers. They shipped my Mini Cooper to Maryland thru the snow. My Wife has since taken it from me. Their prices are very fair and the vehicle was in excellent condition!! This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.
