Bought my 5th, yes 5th Subaru, at International Imports, LLC today. My previous 3 cars were purchased with Jeff as my sales person. He is still there, but was promoted to manager(he deserves it)! Alex is now my sales person, and once again, everything went smoothly. Alex answered all my questions, was friendly and accommodating— he’s my new guy! I took/take all my cars there for service and will continue to do so as they are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Michelle Hernandez was my Service Rep. She explained my service contract as well as the charges. The lounge was comfortable but it did take almost an hour and a half for an oil change , even with an appointment.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. CarMax located on 6375 South semoran boulevard Orlando Florida is an awesome place to shop and buy a car. All the employees, especially John Citron our car salesperson and Amy Miller our service consultant are super super nice people, along with everybody else that works here. Amy Miller from the get-go was a super super nice and helpful person with everything that she did for me and my wife from the get-go. In today's society, nice people are hard to come by, but people here at CarMax are super friendly and helpful and professional and knowledgeable.

We bought a 2019Hyundai Elantra at this carmax. It was a very good experience. Staff was helpful but not pushy or aggressive. The fixed price was fair and made the process less stressful. The dealer charges were all reasonable with no ridiculous added charges. Overall an excellent experience.
