They referred me to Christian Rodriquez and from there his attentiveness and ability to answer all my questions by text message had me sold on buying from the dealership. He was honest and upfront about price, etc. And unlike a salesman I had dealt with at another Metroplex Dealership, he was well versed in both the car he was selling and seemed to really want to sell the car. The dealership overall did a great job with the sales process and had the car ready for me when we drove up to buy it (even thought we hadn't committed to buying it / debating a different color). Staff were friendly and helpful and not pushy like the stereotypical dealer experience. There was a small hiccup due to the financing offer on their website not being updated or lacking important details about different financing rates for the 2025 and 2026 models. We were under the impression the offers on the 2025 models applied to the 2026 models. This led to us bailing on the deal but the sales manager smoothed it over the next day and we came to a mutually satisfying arrangement. The car itself is amazing and you really get a lot of car for your money.

I went in for an oil change and had great service from David and his team. They were done in an hour and a half just as promised.
