Jaguar Land Rover White PlainsReviews
Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
We had to have our vehicle towed to this dealership. It was bought out of state. They treated our service issues as if we were their best customer. Chrys Kinney our the service advisor, was absolutely great. All done over the phone he took care of our issue with professionalism and understanding and got our car back to us as quick as possible. Terrific experience.

Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I purchased a new vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, sight unseen, to be shipped to Florida. I want to thank their team for making this transaction as seamless as possible. The end result - a beautiful new Jaguar showing up at my home - was expertly facilitated by Cesare De Novellis, my New Car Sales point of contact. Thank You Cesare!

Land Rover Darien review
Land Rover Darien was excellent from beginning to end! Very responsive to inventory question. We worked with Luke and he made our vehicle purchase SO EASY. I usually dislike the entire car buying experience but Luke and Land Rover Darien made it quick, hassle free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership, the sales and finance team and of course, Luke. Thanks LR Darien!

Land Rover North HavenReviews
Land Rover North Haven review
Geoff, Jim, and Armad were exceptional to work with on my first Range Rover Sport purchase. From the moment I walked in as a prospect late right before closing to their assistance in ensuring I felt comfortable with my deal remotely, they treated me with respect, courtesy, and genuine care. Both Geoff and Jim maintained constant communication throughout the process. On delivery day, they made me feel like the most important person in the world. The concierge thoroughly explained the range rover app, which was already programmed before my arrival. They provided a full demo of all the car features, and even gifted us a bottle of wine and a thoughtful gift bag. My wife and I felt incredibly valued. For someone like me, who comes from very humble beginnings and used to count coins for the train/bus, making a purchase like this is a significant milestone—a dream realized through years of hard work and perseverance. Geoff, Jim, and Armad made it all feel worthwhile. I look forward to referring others to them and working with them in the future. All the best to my new friends, and sorry that I made you guys run around

The team at Jaguar White Plains made the buying experience easier than I thought was possible. Cesare was extremely honest and took the time to understand my needs to make the trade happen. I will 100% be going back to JLR White Plains when I'm back in the market.

Jaguar Land Rover White PlainsReviews
Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I recently purchased my 2024 Jaguar XF P300 R Dynamic SE AWD from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, and I can honestly say that I am extremely pleased with both the vehicle and the overall experience. Buying a vehicle, especially a luxury vehicle, is about more than simply signing paperwork and driving away. You want to feel confident that you're making the right decision, that you're being treated fairly, and that the people you're dealing with understand that this is an important purchase. From the time I began looking at the Jaguar XF through the completion of the purchase, the experience was professional, comfortable, and never felt pressured. My questions were answered, I was given the opportunity to really look at and experience the vehicle, and I felt confident about what I was purchasing. The car itself is absolutely beautiful. The P300 R Dynamic SE AWD gives me exactly the combination I was looking for: luxury, technology, comfort, style, and performance. The fact that it was a Jaguar Certified Pre Owned vehicle and had been thoroughly inspected and reconditioned gave me additional peace of mind. What I appreciate most is that I walked away feeling good about the decision I made. That's how buying a vehicle should feel.

Service rep was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. He arranged for a loaner vehicle when it became apparent that my car would not be ready on time. He then arranged for my car to be delivered to my home, and the loaner picked up there.

Land Rover Wilmington review
Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.

Land Rover Wilmington review
Great dealership, but currently the Land Rover is out of my comfort budget zzone. They treated me royally and I was honest with them, I want a new car, not used. I'll just have to wait about six months before I'll be comfortable in spending that much money.
