Bought my 2002 Lexus ES300 from the original owner in April 2021 w 161k miles. They had it serviced at a local Lexus dealership in NJ from day one to 110k miles. They had the timing belt, water pump and valve cover gasket all done at 88k miles. All this info was taken from the lexus owners website using the VIN. A few months after i bought it, the rear struts starting leaking, i had all 4 replaced, also replaced the original Alternator and AC compressor (it started to squeal). This spring i had to change the original starter. All original parts lasted nearly 20 years ! which proves the durability of Lexus (Toyota) parts! Replacement parts except the struts were replaced with GENCO. T This car now has 172k miles and i change the synthetic oil myself every 5k miles. This will last me many years, i don't plan on selling it until the wheels fall off which is never!! It rides like new with new struts, everything still works. Quiet like an EV, super solid and tight. The engine and transmission are solid. At 3k miles after my oil change no oil is burnt off, still shows full on the dipstick. There is a 2002 ES300 on YouTube as of about 3 years ago with 596k miles (highway) w. original engine & tranny. Just a testiment to the build quality

2003 running great still! Power steering leak, but otherwise not a single mechanical issue. No rust, no oil (in Ma.) Not a sports car, but maybe like the girl from next door who you always loved. Just great.

The car is very good and performance easy to commute This car is a keeper also I see other Lexus on the road But the older Lexus they do hold their value Even though I bought it close to nothing I have 2003 ES300 Needs couple things fix power steering column and the bull joints has to be replaced Also little cosmetic stuff and the cars even perfect as a future classic car..

smooth reliable but ugly car runs well. Alot of minor maintenance required. Only ran well with synthetic oil. When using traditional oil it burnt oil n it was black when using synthetic it stopped any issues with the oil and lasts 9500 miles & no nasty fumes

from 2002 until 2020 - no problems at all ! Only regular maintenance, like oil change, brakes and tires. First muffler replacement on 190000 miles !

This is my 2nd great experience at Roseville Auto Sales. My first great experience was about 3 years ago. Todd also helped me last time, and I'd been in communication with Matt via email. However, I had just purchased a nice 2000 Ford Focus from there that had been on their lot for awhile, but I did the research beforehand so knew the history of the car etc, so knew what I was getting into. They're always laid back there, and you ask for keys for whatever car(s) you want to test drive, and you can take your time inspecting under hood, starting them, then test driving them. Once you make up your mind on a purchase, all the paperwork takes less than 30 minutes and you're out the door. Thank you Todd and Matt for a very pleasant experience, I'll be back again in a couple years. They did mention they've been open 29 years roughly and have sold over 29,000 cars, which I believe, they stay pretty busy and overall have a very good selection of cars, a lot have high miles but some have moderate miles and are very reasonable. Great car. Still runs, drives and handles like the day it was new. Lexus quality and reliability can't be beat. After 17 years everything on the car still works well.

I can not express enough how confident i am driving this car in terms of the choice i made buying it. The comfort, the smooth driving, the interface of the luxury features, the quality of the materials and the workmanship...... list is way too long. I might be the second or the third owner yet the engine has already hit 292000 kilometres (as of 05/2020). But incredibly it runs and drives as if the engine is not on at all. It is an ultimate pleasure driving this beauty. Extremely Easy to maintain, range and availability of the parts is vast. This will be a keeper. I am loving it.

I bought this car used in 1996 I think, traded it in for a 2001 model, traded that in for a new, 2002 Honda Civic when gas prices hit the roof and am on my third Civic which I love. But how I wish I still had my 1994 Lexus! Loved that car and after trading it in for the 2001--a piece of trash compared to the 1994. Maybe the 1994 model was the last really good Lexus made. That's a guess since I've never owned another Lexus. Anyone who is interested in & has the opportunity to buy a 1994--in relative good condition, not wrecked-buy it.
