Where do I begin? David was super friendly and professional. We had just driven into town from Chicago and needed an oil change. Shortly after we handed the keys over, he contacted us regarding a really bad leak. He priced us on the part and advised us, due to safety concerns, to get it repaired. He got on the horn right away, ordered the part and kept us in the loop via text message. Next day, he found out the mechanic got the part and repaired it quicker than we had anticipated. David went out of his way to contact us giving us not only a sigh of relief but peace of mind that your dealership caught a problem that could have been catastrophic heading home. He even reached out to us on Sunday to make sure we got home safely. You cannot teach that type of customer service. I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years now and what he displayed was the absolute prime example of making a connection with your customers. We truly appreciate the level of service and how we were made to feel at home.

I visited Carsplus on Good Friday this year, 2017. The staff let me drive several different cars that I was interested in and let me make my decision with no pressure whatsoever. As I was paying cash for the car, I received a better purchase price than the listed one and Mitchell and Barry could not be more helpful. The car was used and sold without a warranty as many are. However, later that week, I heard a sound around the dash. David took care of the problem for me, gave me a loner while the car was being repaired, and even took my car to the repair shop and picked back up the loaner while I was working. In this day and age, the consumer does not always feel good about purchases. I cannot say that about my experience with Carsplus. They get a superior rating from me. I would strongly recommend anyone to browse their vehicles and purchase there.

To much throttle lag. 2014 Hyundai Sonata Turbo that my wife was driving will smoke this new xse 2019 Camry. Less than 600 miles on it and already considering trading it in. Not happy with Toyota right now.

Let me say this used car dealer is the real deal. Eric H helped me from start to finish and took videos of the corvette stingray so my drive from Louisiana wouldn't be for nothing. They gave me a good price for my trade and stayed true to that price once I got to dealership. Not telling me the car wasn't worth the money they offered me unlike some places do once they get you there. Thanks for staying true to your word. The corvette stingray was in excellent shape like Eric H said it was and it was a dream to drive back home to Louisiana..... got many compliments on the car on the drive home. Stopped at the corvette plant and museum and enjoyed showing the corvette stingray off! These guys also turned us on to some really good food not far from the dealership.... thanks to all that helped with getting us back on the road and thanks for the two t-shirts you gave us. Probably have owned a dozen or so Toyotas - this is the 3rd Camry - and this is a great car. Haven't had the car long enough to speak to reliability issues but in all my years I of owning Toyotas (40 +) I've never had a serious issue or complaint. They're just great cars and I'm sure this one I just purchased will be no different.

I purchased this car after owning a Rav4. I am very happy with the performance and reliability of this car. This is also a fun car to drive - it's sporty for a mid-size car. The seats and interior are comfortable - back seat has plenty of room. Large trunk too. Gas mileage is not as great as I had hoped but better than my Rav4. I plan to keep this car for a long time.

I haven't had it long, but so far I love it!! It rides smooth, looks good, the seating is comfortable.
The only recommendation I would have would be a little more space in the front, it only has room for the driver to put a phone maybe add a cubby/tray like in the highlander so the passenger has somewhere to put a phone, or glasses.

After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Camry SE V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.
