I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

We are writing a review for Alexander Ghaudy. We are so happy with our new Lexus SUV and had the most amazing experience with Alex. He was easy to talk to and show us the SUV that fits our needs. Alex brought our new car to our house because we could not pick it up when it arrived at the dealer ship. Gave us a tutorial which made me feel better and show us how to work the computerized screen. We made another appointment with Alex so we can talk about some other things on the car. I would recommend any of my friends to Alex. Saw the car on line and went down to take a look. The car was a fair price and was able to negotiate a little more off. My salesman Chad Echezuria was very easy to work with. What I like best was the was no bait and switch and price on line was the price they were asking. Not the price after a $2k deposit to make the price on line look better.
