today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.

I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, which helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes up... I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.

I bought a 2025 XT four. Shortly after I got it home, I discovered a few of the technology features Needed adjustments. I’m not a techie, so I brought it into Bayview Cadillac and met up with Daniel Gagliano. He spent over an hour showing me all the various high-tech things on the dashboard and really straighten me out. Style, performance and reliability are great, but the tinny sound on the left front door when closing and outdated dash diminishes the car . This is my 3 rd Lexus. I bought this my current ES 350 F used from a dealer during its current model year.

In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

Lexus is my favorite car brand. I've owned several over 25 years. I've never needed major service so maintenance costs are very low. The interior is extremely comfortable with many great interactive features.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.

The Lexus ES is one of the most reliable cars ever built. They drive like a dream and of course come with all the bells and whistles. I have owned and still own other luxury vehicles, but continue to circle back to Lexus for the whole package. The latest is a used model for my 80 year old mom. I feel I don’t ever have to worry about problems with this car so it was the obvious choice. I have personally owned two (one used and one new) and my brother and sister have them as well. Just all around great cars.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I purchased my 2019 ES350 certified used from a Lexus dealer - The good: Ride comfort is amazing Quietest vehicle I've ever driven Tons of power Reliability, so far, great The bad: Stereo system is sub-par for a luxury Lexus; not a deal breaker for me, but I understand why others complain Lexus dealership service: Just took it in for first service, oil change, etc., service was bad. My wife left the car, took 2-3 hours even though I made an appointment; they never greeted her or asked to help her in any way. (Seriously, no "thank you" or anything.) I also asked to be called after car was complete, I left 2 voicemails, nothing. Lexus service I've heard people rave about??? I didn't experience it.
