2002 Lexus GS 300 review
This my second very used GS300. Purchased at 238000 miles knowing the platform was not badly treated but needing brakes and ball joints but not much else. I have 324000 miles on it now and just replaced the brakes again along with a new radiator and suspension parts like links and bushing assemblies. Quiet, tight and smooth steering all back and it is a dream to drive. My normal driving yields about 20mpg stretching out to about 27mpg on a trip which is great for such a heavy car. The very smooth motor is phenomenal in its performance and reliability and never failed to start hot or cold. Sure, there are things failing like my remote door locks and one now started locking when I put the car in gear, and there is something in the rear trunk key hole jammed in it making the remote lock or the dashboard button the only way into the trunk. My value perceived for this vehicle is great seeing I paid $1800 bucks for it and just did repairs to it. I have had it over 8years and do not intend to sell it. The only detriment and strength is the rear wheel drive which is a little tough in New England snow conditions but yields superb handling without the torque steering of front wheel drive. It is a dream to drive.

2005 Lexus GS 300 review
This car is excellent in every way I can think of.....I just wish it was more fuel efficient. Beautiful inside and out....recieve nothing but compliments and admiration. The ride is smooth and comfortable. I feel safe and secure when driving. Like I said before the only minus is I feel that can be improved is gas mileage.

1999 Lexus GS 300 review
Bought this car new in October 1998. It has 265,000 miles and still runs great. Little things like door locks, radio display, steering wheel tilt, power window acts up, are aggravating at this point. I keep looking for something new but keep coming back to ‘,I love this car! Is it worth repairing?’ So far, I’m still doing the repairs as long as I can afford it. Great car!

1999 Lexus GS 300 review
First foreign car I ever owned. Dependable and inexpensive to maintain. Has inline 6 cylinder with plenty of get up and go! With 186000 mi there are a few quirks but nothing major. Since retiring I have to be a one car family. No known mechanical problems. Plenty of life left in this vehicle. I purchased it in Palm Springs from original owner - had 51,000 on it then. Most enjoyable car to drive.

2000 Lexus GS 300 review
I purchased my 2000 Lexus GS300 a year ago, with 251,000 miles. Let me tell you, I have had nothing but great times in this car every time I drive it. With such high mileage one would think it's a dog but it's not. It has the inline 6 cylinder 3.0 2jz! Powerful and best running motor. The only problems I have had to replace is the O2 SENSOR, and a sensor in the transmission. All I did on my own, also replaced the alternator. Now this car is fast stock, smooth ride and luxurious interior. This is definitely a reliable car would recommend everyone to buy a Lexus in the GS series. GREAT CAR!!

1999 Lexus GS 300 review
Hands down one of the best cars in the world. Coming with a 2JZ-GE (non turbo) engine makes this ride flawless. Nearing up on 200k miles and this beast just doesn't want to stop. Regular servicing (oil, coolant, transmission, power steering, brakes, tires, timing belt, battery), only had one small oil leak due to a broken seal. This car is also really easily modified with an excellent fan-base as well. Custom exhaust and intake over here. Comfort, my god the seats and the handling is out of this world. I'd recommend this car to every person I know! Remember-you take care of this car and it'll take care of you.
