We have purchased or leased a "substantial" number of vehicles over several decades. This was the best experience we have had with dealership personnel starting with the receptionist who connected us Arlington Fritz who introduced to his manager Syed Madni. From our entrance to the dealership through to closing the deal with Financial Manager Anthony Leli it was a pleasurable experience.
I live 80+ miles from this dealership. This is my 3rd LEXUS purchased from this dealership even though I live within 4 miles another LEXUS dealer. All of the information I needed about my new car was furnished to me either by phone or the Internet. The final purchase agreements were made prior to my driving to Newport News. All I had to do was go down to the dealer, sign the necessary paperwork and drive away with my new car. Everything I wanted was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. It doesn't get any easier than that. Mohamad Mayassi, along with other supporting staff members met and kept all promises and commitments made over the phone. They even thought of a number of miscellaneous things that I would want or need that I had forgotten to mention.
I purchased a car here not too long ago and would recommend VIP auto sales to anyone looking for a good quality used car at a fair price. The salesmen are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a car to trade in that had a flat tire and the salesmen drove my car to me while I was at work and changed my tire on the trade in and drove it back. They are more than willing to help you in any way possible. This was an easy 5 stars
I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".

I had purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 . The car was everything I expected and more . Recently I ran into a few problems with the car however I bought the car back. Presenting the issue to Robert he examined the issues with his staff and they resolved all the issues at hand. I can’t tell you how thankful we chose performance auto to buy a car.

A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
